				Author's Note

This book, like book 1, has been totally rewritten.  In fact, the first
three chapters of this book are new chapters and I included them to try to
show Josh's older children and their reactions to the boys.  When I first
wrote this story, I felt it already had enough characters and therefore
planned to leave Josh's older children and grandchildren out of it
completely, except for a few brief mentions about them along the way.
However, I later changed my mind and added them to some of the other books,
although never referring to the older children by name, just as older son,
younger daughter, etc.  When rewriting book 1, I decided to include them to
enhance the storyline, so when rewriting book 2 I decided I could also use
them here as well.  I hope their inclusion adds a new dimension to your
understanding of the Currie Clan.  This book starts in the summer of 1999
and ends in May of 2000.
