As it turned out the excitement was pretty much over by november and the
thanksgiving break. I had met a few new people and was enjoying gym class
alot.

There was this one boy who was in two of my classes and for some reason I
couldn't stop thinkin' about him. I had described him to Eddie but he
hadn't seen him around and I couldn't point him out to Eddie because he was
the first out of class when the bell would ring,so by the time Eddie got
there he was gone.

My gym class was the last of the day so most kids didn't shower afterwards
instead just leaving early. This kid was no exception, I decided that I
would make it a point to atleast know his name, and as I figured it once I
met him he would turn out to be a geek and I would forget all about him.

It was about a week before the break when I just walked up to him in
gym,(it was cold out so we had to stay in and do weight training) I snubbed
my friends so I could pair up with him.

"hey"I said

"hey back" he said with a sly grin

"need a partner?"

I couldn't figure this kid out already,I expected him to be meek like Jesse

I was talkin to him he seemed almost as cocky as I was (almost ;)

We got along great,so well that I suggested we hang out again tomorrow,he
said that would be fine and we went back to working out. now that I had got
to know him I just had to see him naked,but no luck he just slipped his
pants over his shorts and left at the end of the day.

"Kevin"I said out of nowhere

"what?" Eddie replied

we were on our way home and it was cold,Eddie hated walking in the cold but
I didn't mind.

"his name is Kevin"

"no. duh ,I just met him in gym class"

The next day I looked all over for Kevin but didn't see him til my fourth
class,there he was sittin right in the front(I always sat in the

"naw, then I cant see. we still gonna pair up in gym though?"

"sure,sounds good"

Well that was that, I would have to wait two more hours to check this

with me this weekend,I could hardly sleep.I just had to know more about

As luck would have it we had a project in fourth period ,we were to do a
report and give a presentation infront of the class,we had two weeks.

I approached kevin."hey you wanna pair up?"

When the bell rand he said "how long can i stay?"

"the whole weekend if you wanna it's up to you"

"you can borrow some of mine, or my mom can take you to get some"

"I still don't know if my mom will let me"

"sounds like excuses. just say no"

  "it's settled then"

Eddie was in a shitty mood all day because he didn't want to go outta
town.He was an even bigger asshole when I introduced Kevin.

We were walkin down a sidewalk when this little boy on a bike nearly ran
into Eddie.

"hey, watch what the fuck your doin"

opportunity,dropped his bike and ran.

slick spot too and I was able to catch up to him.

I bent down to help him up,he covered his face and cried.

we walked back to his bike and he was on it and away in no time flat

hate to see scared kids.you were actin like a bully"

the whole time Kevin stood there takin' this all in without sayin' a word.

"look Kevin I'm sorry bout all this.He's not usually like this"

"maybe I should just go home"

"be one hell of a walk"I smiled at him"just hang back a bit I'll talk to
eddie.Try not to get lost" I tipped him a wink.

"Eddie wait" I yelled after him

when I caught up to him he was really pissed.

"look just go back to your little fucktoy and leave me alone"

I only looked at him.

"you heard me.you can't save the world get it.Fuck, you couldn't even keep
Reese safe, much less Andrew"

I only glared at him.He saw the rage in my eyes and stepped back a step

"that's your one Eddie"

that to me again, win or lose I will tear your ass up. I don't care how it
ends up. win or lose. you will feel my rage"

"Alex I'm so sorry"

I only looked back at Kevin.

We reached Eddie's house.I gave him a hug and kissed his cheek.

"see you in a week o.k"

"wish we could do more before I go"he looked back at Kevin.

"Dammit Eddie we're waitin on you" his mom yelled out the door "where you
been?"

"I'm comin"he said and kissed me on the cheek.



I walked back to Kevin,he looked up from the ground.

"I'm all yours" I said smilin my cheesiest grin "so what you wanna do?"

"umm maybe get out of this cold"he smiled"unless you live in the middle of
this street"

and with that my weekend with Kevin started....
