Due to a virus or a fault I could not use my old
blog page so I had to make another one.

CHAPTER 10

Now the boys have just arrived in Sydney Australia via the navy rescuing
them off the island and now the boys are on the mid deck looking out for
their parents and other family members.

"Oh shit Jackson, they all there, oh god look at me, an oversized T –

closer to seeing his family for the first time since the crash in the
ocean.

Everyone was crying and waving at the boys as the ship got closer to the
wharf and the sailor's were getting ready to throw the morning lines to the
other sailors on the wharf.  "All stop." The captain yelled out as his crew
ran around getting the ship tied up.  There were tons of folks waiting for
the boys, new crews had heard that they were arriving and made sure they
were there when the boys disembarked off the ship.

"Crikey mate, look at all those kids there, they sure look ok for being
stuck on an island for a month."  A reporter said as he told his film crew

Ron was looking towards all the parents and then saw his mum and dad as he
pointed them out to the twins who were jumping up and down as they too saw
their folks and started to cry while they hugged each other.  The boys
didn't know then but all of their parents had to attend a meeting before
they left to fly to Australia and some of the interesting facts they were
told was not to make their son's say anything about their time there.

The reason was that they were shown 2 videos about boys marooned on an
island and how things turned out after being there for a while.  You know
turning into savages and running around in the nude killing one another and
so on.  One question was asked and it was one that most parents dreaded
asking, would or did the boys do things there that would be seen gay as in
activities between boys and themselves.

The counsellors that attended the meeting said some if not all the boys
would have done things that they would be embarrassed about talking about

The gang way was now in place and the captain gave each boy a ball cap { A
hat} from the ship's crew that had the name of the ship they were on.  As

they were going to collapse on the wharf.

The boys were glad to be on dry land again but it felt weird to be
surrounded by hundreds of people and having photographers shove a camera in
front of their faces.  Soon a team of doctors and naval personnel were
placing the boys into ambulances and asked their parents to go to the
City's hospital where they would be able to see their boys and be with them
after a quick check up.

A huge bus was waiting for the parents and other family members to ferry
them to the hospital and as they got there a huge rat pack of cameras and
T.V crews were waiting for the ambulances to drop off the boys and take
some more photos and try to get an interview with the boys.

A section of the hospital was now ready for the boys and it was set up so
that the boys could get some clothes to wear and have a check up and a bit
of a debrief off an Aussie official.  "There were guys, get the gowns ready
and have all the test equipment in place for the blood tests and so on."
The chief medical officer said.

One by one the boys were lead to the green room and were seated and were
asked their names and ages as a nurse put a name band around their arms
with their name on it.  All the parents arrived and were told to wait until
the exams had finished as there was not much room for them to be there.

"Hi, can I have your attention please, your son will be out soon enough and
you will be able to see your son in the orange room marked visitors only
and you will then have time to be with your sons. The doctor said.  The
parents were shouting and yelling to see their sons but soon were settled
down as Jackson's dad said that the boys had to be checked up and to see if
they had any problems and needed a permit to leave the country in a fit
state.

"Oh boys, we are going to do a few tests and we need to look you over and
make sure you are all well and have no bugs or bad things in your body." An
old looking doctor said.

"What is your name son?" The nurse asked. "Jackson." I said.  "Ok Jackson,
we need to have a look at you so hop up here and we will have a look at

channel nine
 news reporter asked .  "Great, sir, we are getting used to all you lot as

equipment that we used to make shelters and to make the camp site a little

Someone asked what we ate and I said to ask the twins as they were the
cooks and fishermen and that we went around and found fruit and vegies to
eat.  "Hi guy, so you were the cooks did you catch lots of seafood to eat?"
A male reporter asked.  "We or I should say that Jackson and Desmond found
some fishing lines and hooks so we could catch the fish and also we made
spears to catch the lobsters." The twins hooted.

laughter could be heard and soon the harder questions were now being asked.
Most boys just sat there and looked sad as the questions were asked to the
boys about their time there and how hard it was to be a long way from their
families.

A few boys cried as they told the reporters that they thought they would
never see their families ever again and thought of them every night before
bed and most said a prayer to their families and asked to be saved.

After an hour the boys were told they could go to the hotel and relax and
get to be with their
 parents again.  The park royal hotel was booked for the boys and parents
and they took the top floor so they could be secure from the reporters.  It
was time for the boys to have dinner and it was one hell of a night as all
the families went to the huge dining room and saw lots of food on the
covered tables.

"Mum I sure did miss you and dad and I'm hell glad the navy saw us and
saved us off that island."  Jackson grinned as he hugged his mum and gave
her a kiss.  "All of your friends are waiting for you back home as the
school was told after we heard you were found and they want to give you and
the other boys a huge welcome home party." Jackson's dad said.

"Oh gosh, school, man I sure didn't miss that place." Jackson quoted.
"Well there is a lot of things we have to catch up on but for now let's
enjoy this buffet as you look like you need a few pounds put on that tanned

I was feeling better now and my tummy was now used to rich food as I only
threw up a few times and now I was enjoying food again.  I ate a plateful
of popcorn chicken and French fries as I watched Desmond how into a
plateful of meatballs and pasta as that was one of his favourite foods and
by the looks of things all the food we saw there was what all the boys

They must have asked our parents what food we would like to have eaten when
we arrived in Sydney and it sure looked like they went out of their way to
give us all the food we liked the most.  I excused myself and asked if
