Subject: In Darkness love Will Save Us part 5

This is a work of fiction some events are of my own history.  Any
characters with similarities to people are purely coincidental

This story features sexually explicit material of consenting underage

Where we left off:

"What did Mike do Chris?" Joe asked in a panic.  "Want me to explain Josh
or would you rather do it?" Chris asked turning Josh's face towards his.
"It hurts to much..." Josh said bursting into tears again after getting
control for a few seconds.  "Joe it's not what you think. It's a lot worse
actually.  Josh gave himself to Mike and Mike was selfish and didn't show
josh any emotion or try to comfort him." Chris said. "They had sex?!" Joe
said astonished he'd hoped he'd heard wrong their family (even though he
wasn't related to them) put sex of any form as the highest plateau of love
Joe and his siblings, his parents, his grandparents all didn't have sex of
any form till they'd found the one they would spend there life with.  And
that tradition had never been broken of course in Joe and Josh's case it
was different getting married as a gay man was a lot more difficult it was
"set a date and wed" it was "find a state or country that allows it, find
someone who was willing to do it, and than it was set a date and wed." So
he never had sex because even though Justin was his soul mate in life; he
never felt that moment where you just know that that person is the one you
will never lose.  He always felt on borrowed time. He was brought back to
earth after spacing out by Chris and Josh staring at him.  "I sorry I
spaced out there a little I guess." He looked at Josh who started crying
again and hugged Joe. "They didn't have sex like that Joe.  Josh gave
himself to Mike in a spiritual way.  All Josh did was jack Mike off but
that wasn't the issue.  I found out that it was that Mike wasn't
reciprocating any feelings." Chris said.  "Isn't that right Josh?" Josh
nodded his head and cuddled back up to Joe feeling empty.  He felt like
he'd given his soul to mike but instead of mike giving his to Josh he just
laid there and did nothing.  He didn't even return Josh's kiss.  "Oh you
poor thing Josh I was worried you didn't take sex seriously but now I see
you really thought you'd found you one person to fill you life didn't you?"
Joe said hugging Josh so tight trying to give him some strength.  "I didn't
think it I know I did but it was like he didn't even care.  Can we just go
to sleep I'm so tired and I don't wanna be alone right now" Josh said
pleading to Joe and Chris.  "Of course little man you sleep in the middle
me and your brother will hold you that sound good?" Chris said genuinely
caring he hugged Josh as well.  "That sounds great thanks Joe, thanks Chris
you guys are the greatest" Josh said as he hugged Chris and Joe.  They got
into position Josh in the middle Chris on his right and Joe on his left
they both cuddled up to him as promise holding him, loving him.  As Mike
crept in and watched as he felt his own heart break knowing he'd ever hurt
Josh he just hoped he could fix it...

The next morning at 6:03 AM (Josh's point of view)

I woke up feeling emotionally drained my entire body hurt the nights events
replaying over and over in my dreams.  The only thing stopping me from once
again crying was my dehydration from the night's tears.  I decided right
than to just hide my emotions I needed to sort my feelings out before I
spoke to Mike or I think I would just forgive him instantly.  Chris was
exactly right when he said that Mike's lack of interest broke my heart I
thought our first time together would be filled with passionate kisses and
reassuring words I felt like a total idiot now.  Mike barly moved let alone
speak to me; at that point I didn't even want to see him.  I didn't even
want to get up but I needed to pee like a racehorse.  Which was difficult
considering Joe and Chris had me pinned down they were both holding me the
entire night it was fantastic I felt needed again.  After some clever
maneuvering I was able to move Chris's leg, Joe's right arm, and both of
there heads just enough to get up without having to wake them up.  I jumped
down from the bed and immediately collapsed it seems that feeling of being
drained wasn't just a figure of speech I was truly drained of all my
energy.  I used all my remaining energy to stand up using the bedside table
as a brace.  I slowly made my way to Joe's bathroom using anything I could
to hold me up along the way.  While peeing I got thinking... today I'll be
with Mike for a 12hour flight to NYC than the 2-hour flight down to
Baltimore.  God must hate me not only am I extremely pissed off.  I'm also
emotionally and physically drained but now I have to spend the flight with
the one person I wish I could avoid forever.  Well fuck him!  I am not
going to give him the satisfaction of knowing that he can hurt me that
badly.  After shaking my dick to dry it out I decided I wanted to go back
to bed for a little longer I don't think I could travel while this tired.

A couple minutes later I was back in bed where Chris and Joe instinctively
cuddled up to me like even asleep they were protecting me.  I woke up about
3 hours later I checked the clock it read 10:32 SHIT we were meant to be at
the airport now!  Than I found a note under the clock

"Hey man don't worry about the flight I pushed it back 2 hours at 2:00pm we
noticed how tired you looked so I figured you needed a little extra sleep.
Love you dude and we're here for you.

Joe + Chris"

God Joe's awesome he knows me so well in such a short time.  At least he
and Chris are here for me.  Kind've surprising I'd of thought Chris would
back up Mike. But it's time to get dressed and wake up.  I got out of bed
feeling abit more refreshed I could walk without assistants now.
Physically I was tired but emotionally I was still exhausted I better get
some food.  Walking down the stairs I heard a bit of a discussion between
Joe and Chris but they were doing the dished so I could only here certain
bits others were cut off by scraping plates or the water being shot at the
plates.

Joe: I just don't under... the social working told me h... was de... suddenly he
re......pers.

Chris: ye but he's not even related to ...... theirs no way a j...... would give
him ............ and he's br... so how would h... support Josh?

They finished the dishes and I heard the kitchen chairs moving.

Joe: Your probably right I am just confused how they thought he was dead
didn't someone ID him

Chris: not sure sometimes they can't get a positive ID and unless he was
convicted of a crime or something he wouldn't have DNA on the system.

Joe: Ye they said that after some issues with other ID's they rechecked all
the John Doe's dental records and it came up as not a match so he really is
alive.

Chris: Dude you have literally one of the best lawyer in the entire world.
Do you think some kid who can't afford one will beat you in this?

Joe: I don't know Chris that's issue I just don't know any chance of losing
Josh is a chance I don't want to take

Chris: When are you going to tell Josh about all of this?

Joe: When we wakes up I wish I didn't have to do it now with Mike and all...
I don't want to put him through anymore but he has to know now.  And With
the trial being at 9:00am tomorrow and all I can't leave it.


Chris: ye about that how the hells that gonna work? If we leave at 2:00pm
now we'll get to Baltimore 6am?  That means we'll barly have time to get a
shower, change, and eat before the trial?  Isn't it cutting it a little
close?


Joe: Uhh no we'll get there in 9-10 hours we're taking my dads new private
plane you know the one they are fixing to release to the public? Dads
private jet can fly directly to Baltimore in about 8 hours from here the
extra hour is because of it not being commercially sold yet the towers
sometimes have problems with fixing a runway for it so have to slow down
our speed once we reach the coast and give them time to clear their biggest
runway.

Chris: Awesome I always loved taking your dads private planes places.

At this point I realized I needed to get down there some more shit was
going down and I'd rather not wait for them to finish this conversation to
start it again.



Josh: Morning mom and morning Joe.  Josh said joke with Chris

Chris: I'll get you for that some day little man.  But not today, morning
did you sleep anymore?

Joe: Morning Josh, Uhh dude we need to talk some stuff has come up.

Suddenly Mike came around the corner

Mike: Uhh morning...

Josh instantly tensed up looked and acted busy trying to keep from Mike
noticing his obvious distancing.

Chris: yo Joe: Hey dude could you give us a minute?

Mike: oh... I guess I should've expected this...

Chris: No it's not that dude although we're gonna need to sort "that" out.

Mike: It's ok you don't have to lie I know I'm not welcome anymore.

Joe: Dude it's not that some stuff has come up and I need to speak
privately with Josh.

Mike: So why's Chris staying?

Joe: because he's my partner now and will be playing apart in Josh's life

Mike: Oh so suddenly I am not apart of any of you lives'? That's how it
works? I fuck up once and I am an outsider?

Chris: Oh for fuck sake Mike it isn't all about you.  Once again you've
made something involving Josh all about you.  Now fuck off this isn't a
joke or some kinda game kid.

Josh: just let him stay... even though he was a total asshole <evil stare to
mike> he's gonna be apart of this most likely anyway.

Mike: Thanks Josh... and I am really sorry.

Josh: "little late for that." Josh tried to sound as mad as possible.

Joe: Guys I know you need to talk about this but not now ok... this is big
Josh and be sure you want Mike here cause this could be a very big deal.

Josh: Just say it

Joe: Josh I was told about 4 days ago that someone was contesting my
petition to gain full custody of you.  I thought maybe it was a mistake
seeing as nobody but me has rights to request custody of you.  But after a
lot of investigating we found out that... your non-biological brother didn't
die the Baltimore coroner had made a mix up.  Because nobody identified him
beyond a shadow of a doubt it was assumed it was him because of facial
markers.  But he didn't have any DNA on system so they couldn't match that
and his dental records were weren't available at the time until recently.
Once that was found out the social services agency found him and informed
him of me.  Your Brother is seeking custody.  Just know that I will do as
much as I physically can to make sure you stay with me if you wish to. But
my lawyers have informed me the chances of you living with your brother are
extremely slim considering he's not technically blood related.

Josh was thinking until he heard "Brother didn't die." Josh felt faint his
already weakened emotional and physical state left him without the ability
to cope anymore.  He started to feel very dizzy and started to lose his
balance

Mike panic'd he noticed instantly that Josh was having some sort of
trouble.  He ran up to Josh and grabbed him before he fell.  His lack of
energy took over and he passed out.

Josh's brain: 2009, February 12th the Smith families' small home.

Characters: Linda - Josh's mother, Robert - Josh's Father, and Kevin -
Josh's older brother.

Robert - EXCUSE ME? What did you just say?


Kevin - I said that I hear of you hurting my little brother I will be back
and kick you ass.

Robert jumped up and rushed toward Kevin attempting to knock him out.
Kevin dodged slipped his right leg behind his fathers right leg and than
shifted his weight enough to trip his dad and slip his right arm around
Roberts neck putting him into a choke hold.

Linda - Kevin stop you're only making this worse!

Kevin - No mom if he wants to play with someone his own size than he's
going to have to learn that compared to a real man he's a piece of garbage.
YOU HEAR ME YOU OLD SON OF ABITCH! IF YOU EVER HURT JOSH AGAIN I WILL BE
BACK AND I WILL KILL YOU DO YOU UNDERSTAND ME?

Robert - GO FUCK YOURSELF.

Kevin - Looks like you need a lesson to learn what I am capable of to keep
my lil brother safe!

Kevin released his father from the chokehold.  He stood up and waited who
knew that Robert was a moron and that he would charge Kevin again which is
exactly what he wanted.  As he predicted Robert did but he tried to go for
a cheap move and hit Kevin in the crotch.  Kevin deflected his punch and
gripped his hand.  In one quick motion Kevin had broken 3 of Roberts
fingers and his wrist.  Robert yelled in pain.

Kevin - Your not a man you're a little boy who tries fight dirty to win
versus his own child.  Can't say I am shocked we all knew you were a pussy.
Do you understand me now you piece of shit or do I need to repeat myself.

Robert - Get out of my fucking house you pansy ass fag.

Kevin - looks like you need another lesson.

Kevin was getting sick of this at this point so he figured he needed to
make a bigger impression of his seriousness.  Since Robert was on the floor
withering in pain with all of Kevin's might he kicked Robert directly in
the face the second his shoe met Roberts face blood was everywhere the
sheer force of the kick sent Robert's face into the wall behind where he
was laying.  Anger and frustration will do that to your
strength. Unfortunately this lesson wasn't just for Robert even though he
did nothing to his mother this was for her to.  She had a habit of getting
drunk and hitting Kevin.  While she was sober she was as nice as could be
but the second she found a bottle it was like a completely different
person.

Through this all Josh was there even though he didn't remember it until now
he sat there as his Kevin beat his father to a pulp to protect him.  But
his brain saw this as something to violent and harsh and blocked it all out
until he needed to know the truth.  His brother was always mean to him as a
kid or so he thought when in reality like all kids they only notice the bad
and neglect the good.  Kevin was actually very loving but because of his
parents declining abilities to care he took Josh as his own child and
therefore had to hound him on his homework, chores, and such.

The rest was history; after being out cold for nearly 4 hours Robert awoke
to Kevin sitting they're waiting for him.  Robert refused to let a kid tell
him what he could and couldn't do so he continued to fight Kevin even
though every time he attempted to attack Kevin he lost and another bone was
either fractured or broken.  Until Kevin did the unthinkable he pulled a
switchblade knife out his pocket and said in a very calm voice.  "Well this
is your last chance the next blow will be to your so called manhood.  You
agree to leave Josh alone and never ever! Hit him again or I cut your dick
off - you decide." Robert promptly knew he was beaten and agreed.

Flash Forward 5 months, July 19th 2009.

Josh lay in his bed after getting beaten up by his dad and mum for the
first time since the Ôincident' with Kevin.  Robert was a ball of anger
24/7 even he no longer felt like he was in control.  His stupid ass son has
him rapped around his finger.  If he even touched Josh he'd be in deep shit
and even though he'd never admit it Kevin scares the shit out of him.
Until that is a certain police officer called him and informed him Kevin
had been found dead.  At this point it was open season on Josh.  An hour
later Josh lays traumatized on his bed and Robert his wife lay on their
couch finally being able to "gain control" again.

Next-door though Robert was about to get the shock of his life.
Unbeknownst to him Kevin wasn't dead it was a mix up for ID.  His best
friend and once lover Aaron was calling him.

Aaron - Kevin they broke the deal they both beat Josh up I don't think your
mother was even drunk this time.  What do you want me to do?

Kevin - Aaron I told them the ramifications of this deal being broken and
they will both have to pay now.

Aaron - DO you want help.  After all they did to him I want there asses
just as much as you.

Kevin - No it will be easier if I just finish this all at once than if I
get caught you won't get in trouble.  Just make sure if I do you get
custody of Josh ok?

Aaron - you know I would never let Josh go he's family.

Kevin - Thanks Aaron; I love you so much and miss you.

Aaron - I love you to babe.  And once this is done we can be together again
right?

Kevin - "absolutely I can't wait they'll be gone by tomorrow." In full
honesty Kevin really did mean they would be together after this.

Aaron - alright babe that's all I wanted to hear I'll be waiting for you
tomorrow.  Love you bye!


Kevin - love you to bye.

Kevin hung up the phone and knew that this was the last straw teaching them
lessons wasn't an option this time was the last.  He picked the phone back
up and began his plan.

July 20th 2009 9:09PM

Ring...ring...ring, "coming!!!" Josh yelled. (Why do people hell "coming" at a
phone not like the person can hear you.) Ring...ring.

Josh - Hello?

Unknown caller - Hello is this Joshua Robert smith?

Josh - yes this is who is speaking?

Unknown caller - I am sorry this is officer Thompson of the Baltimore
police department.

Josh - Oh... uhh can I help you?

Officer Thompson - Son I am sorry to inform you, your parents have been in
an accident.

Josh - what? Are they ok what hospital are they in I'll leave right now!

Officer Thompson - I am sorry Joshua to inform you but your parents both
passed away in the wreck.  Unfortunately that is all I can tell you at this
time because to be honest we aren't sure what or how it happened.

<Josh crying>

Officer Thompson - Hello? Are you still their sir?

Josh - uhh yes...<sniffle>...I am still here.

Officer Thompson - Well son there is a social worker on her way to your
home she should be there in about an hour or two. Do you have any friends
or relatives you could have wait with you until she arrives?

Josh - Yes my neighbors they'll come over and stay with me.  Thank you
officer...

Officer Thompson - I am so sorry for your loose... good bye, and good luck in
the future. <Hangs up>

Josh - Thank you and goodbye. <Hangs up>

And the rest is history for Josh.  The social worker "Miss Royal" came by
and started the process of a relative search.

Back in the physical world...

Mike sat staring at his life-less lover who after receiving the news of his
brother, collapsed and now lies in a hospital bed with IV tubes sticking
out of his arms.  After being labeled "Severely physically exhausted" he'd
been out for nearly an entire day now.  Which wasn't completely down to
being tired the doctors put him on a few drugs to induce sleep and allow
him to fully recuperate without the stress of life.  Until this moments
Mike had not understood what Chris meant about josh "giving himself" to
Mike.  But in tragedy we find insight.  He now understood the enormity of
what Josh did. As mike sat there contemplating his next move to get Josh
back.

Joe and Chris were setting up a couple of flights.  With Josh's other
brother being alive rather than fight the case he wanted to speak to him
directly and sort this out.  Mainly because his father's security team had
Josh's entire family investigated and Joe discovered all of the "accidents"
Josh and Kevin use to have.  Until 6 months ago when they all stopped at
once.  Than 4 month later Josh was in another "accident" and the next day
his parents both died in a very brutal "accident" of there own.  Which even
though Joe knew Kevin was involved it only made him look better in Joe's
eyes.  He tried to protect Josh so in return Joe had any records that could
link Kevin to the accident deleted.

First order of business was Josh's brother.  At all costs he didn't want
Josh to loose him a second time.  His train of thought was cut short by his
Black Berryª ringing.  It was his head of security and good friend "Gunn"
as everyone called him or his real name Madison gunner (crazy name for his
family he always claimed that it was because of his families roots of
inventing the gun which we all know is total BS) I'd been expecting his
call for near an hour now for a mission update.

Joe - Hey Gunn I am hoping everything has gone smoothly?

Gunn - Yes sir it has so far the jet is taxing to the hanger as we speak.
The package is secure if all goes as planned we will arrive at your
location in 13 hours.

Joe - Very good Gunn also stop calling me sir! You're my friend and my
senior if anything it should be me calling you sir!

Gunn - Sorry sir I mean Joseph it's a force of habit calling the boss
"sir."

Joe - and I thank for that curacy but I was always told to call anyone my
senior by "sir" so I feel that you calling me "sir" demeans you; So just
Joe from now on.

Gunn - <chuckling> thank you Joe. It is just nice to know a kid who
actually is respectful.

Joe - you are very welcome sir <chuckles> now I am sorry but I must go I
need to get back into Josh's room.  Thank you again Gunn and make sure he
gets here safely please. Goodbye.

Gunn - You have my word Joe he will make it their as safely as possible.
Goodbye.


On the ground at the hanger sat 17-year old Kevin Matthew smith listening
to this man who's name sounds like it's from a porno "Madison Gunner."
Talking to the person who's taken Josh from him.  His plan was to find Josh
and sneak off but from the looks of this security he has that will be
almost impossible Josh is probably confused and scared in that hospital all
by himself.  "Don't worry Josh ill be their soon and get you out of all of
this." Kevin said to himself...

Thanks for reading part 5.  it took me longer to do this one because some
of the flash backs were a bitch to get all the dates coinciding and also i
don't like to submit half chapters.  But rest assured the next ones should
come quicker (hopefully).  Also im in need of a editor someone who can help
me with the punctuational errors never been able to fully understand
punctuation as many of you have most likely gathered.  once again thanks
