Once again special thanks to Miguel Sanchez for the inspiration and the

We both stripped down to our underwear and played around with each
other a little bit. Cody pulled my underwear down and dropped to his knees
and attended to my now erect penis. He sucked on it and licked it until I
couldn't hold back anymore and shot my sweet boy juice down his wanting
throat. I then did the same to him and we got into bed and kissed each
other good night and cuddled until we both fell asleep.

The next several days flew by as I fell into the daily routine at
the Weaver house hold. On the weekdays Cody and I were expected to be up by
6:30 and have a bath and be dressed and downstairs by 7:00. We would grab a
quick bite to eat and get our bikes out of the garage and bike to school.
We would get home around 3:30 in the afternoon and it was upstairs to do
homework before we could play video games or watch TV. Once we were done
with our homework we could go out and play until about 6;00 or so and then
we had to be back in for dinner. After dinner we would take a shower or a
bath and get dressed in pajamas ready to settle in for the night. Lights
out were around nine or ten on a school night depending on what was going
on.

The week seemed to fly by so quickly and the next thing I knew it
was the night before we had to go to court so that the Weavers could
finalize my adoption. As usual Cody and I followed the nightly routine and
once we were done with our baths we got dressed in our pajamas and went
downstairs to talk with mom and dad. Dad was sitting on the couch and mom
was on the love seat that was next to the couch. I sat next to mom and Cody
sat next to dad as he talked to us. "Well it's the night before the big day
boys. I know you are both nervous about tomorrow but I am pretty sure that
everything will work out for the best and hopefully at the end of the day
tomorrow Cody will have a new brother and this family will have a new
addition to it. Mike, in the past week, you've become another member to our
family and I see no reason why we shouldn't adopt you into our family. Cody
has been an only child for the past ten years of his life. His mother and I
have tried to have another child so that he could have a sibling to play
with but unfortunately that hasn't been the case. I hope that you will take
us as your parents and I already know that you will take Cody as a
brother." He finished.

The tears welled up in my eyes as I thought back over the events
that led up to this moment. I missed my father dearly and I wished that he
was still alive. My mother had died when I was younger so I had never
really gotten a chance to know her but I still missed her as well. These
two people had given me a new home and a new chance at a normal life
(whatever that is) as the tears now began to fall. "Mr. Weaver I don't
consider you to be just Cody's father anymore. You took me in when I had no
one else and for that I will forever be grateful. I consider you to be my
father." I turned and looked at Mrs. Weaver. "Mrs. Weaver I feel the same
way about you as I do about Mr. Weaver. I consider you to be my mother and
I would not trade you two for anything else in the world."

Cody looked over at me smiling then walked over to me. I put my
hands in his and looked deep into his blue eyes. "You are the only person
who has ever shown me any kind of attention other than Mom and Dad. You
were the only one who ever showed any interest in me at school and I see no
reason as to why I wouldn't want to have anyone else as a brother. I love
your Cody and I always will. You have my heart and that means more than
anything in the whole wide world to me."

I had to get control of my emotions. Tears were flowing harder and
now I had the hic cups. Cody went into the kitchen and brought me back a
glass of water. "Here love, drink this. Maybe it'll help get rid of your
hic cups."

I chugged the whole glass of water then held my breath for as long
as I could. When I finally exhaled, the hic cups were gone. I sat back down
and looked at my family. "I have been through a lot in my short life and I
don't know if I will ever be able to thank you enough for what you have
done for me. I hope that I will be able to return the love that you have
shown me by allowing me to come here and live with you. You know that I
love Cody and I want to spend the rest of my life with him. You haven't
taken him away from me and you have accepted me for who I am. I would be
privileged to be a member of your family.'

I got up and put my arms around Mrs. Weaver and then Mr. Weaver. I
saved Cody for last and when I got to him I wrapped my arms around him and
kissed him passionately on the lips. He returned my kiss and got up and
took my hand and led me upstairs to the bedroom. Once we got up there we
both got undressed and got into bed together. Cody kissed me tenderly on
the lips and snuggled up close to me and whispered in my ear. "You are mine
and no one else's. I will never let anything happen to you. I'm sorry about
having sex with Eric. From this day forward, I will always be true to you."

I lay there while Cody snuggled even closer to me and finally I
heard his breath slow down and I knew that he had fallen asleep. I lay
there and watched him sleep for a little while before I finally drifted off
to sleep myself. That night I had a dream where Cody and I were in a field
playing and my mother and father were there watching us. I stopped playing
and looked up and saw them looking at us. They didn't say a word just
smiled and nodded their heads as if to say "We know and it's ok with us."

I awoke the next morning with a wet pillow where I had obviously
cried in my sleep. Cody was still asleep with a smile on his face. I got up
and used the bathroom and then went back into the bedroom where Cody was
sleeping so peacefully and gently shook him until he turned and looked at
me with sleepy eyes. "Time to wake up my love."

He got up and went to the bathroom and came back in the room and
threw on some underwear and a shirt and headed down the stairs. I continued
to lay there lost in my own thoughts until Mr. Weaver came up and stuck his
head in the door. " Are you alright son?"

I looked at him and smiled nodding my head letting him know that I
was ok. He left the room then I got up and went into the bathroom. I got
into the bathtub and started the water. I turned the hot water on to a
temperature I could bear and then stretched out as the tub filled up. Once
he tub was full I relaxed thinking about everything. Cody knocked on the
door and came in. "Mind if I join you?"

I nodded my head as he shed his clothes and stepped into the tub
sitting across from me. We relaxed there for a good ten minutes or so and
then washed each other. We got out of the tub and got dressed and then
headed downstairs. We stuffed ourselves with French toast and bacon that
Mrs. Weaver had prepared. After we were done and helped with the dishes we
all went outside and piled into the Hummer.

The drive to the courthouse was a quiet one. Everyone seemed to be
lost in their own thoughts during the drive. We pulled into the parking
garage, found a parking spot then got out heading into the courthouse
lobby. The lobby was very spacious with a desk in the middle of the floor
that had a security guard sitting behind it. There were two metal detectors
beside the desk and we each had to take everything out of our pockets and
go through them to make sure we didn't have any weapons.

We got into the elevator and headed up to the second floor which
was Family Court Services then sat in the waiting room while we waited for
the bailiff to call us into the courtroom. We didn't have to wait long
before a uniformed officer came into the waiting room and let us know that
the judge was ready to see us. We got up and headed into the courtroom. The
courtroom looked just like the ones that I had seen on TV. There were about
six rows of benches on either side of the courtroom with an aisle that
split the middle of them. In front of the room there was a rail and two
tables apart from each other and at the front of the courtroom was the
Judges bench.

Judge Long was a middle aged man with graying hair. He had a no
nonsense look in his eyes. "Alright Mr. Bailiff, what have you got for me?"

The bailiff picked up the top file then handed it to the jurist.
"Docket number A-4537 is the contested adoption of one Michael Allen Lee by
Mr. Tom Weaver and Mrs. Elaine Weaver. This adoption is being contested by
Paul Burlington who claims to be said minors last living blood relative."

"I see and who will be representing Mr. Lee in these proceedings?"
The judge asked.

A man walked into the courtroom at a quick pace. "Nicholas Jones
representing the minor, Michael Lee, Your Honor."

"Mr. Jones my court starts at nine o' clock sharp please do not
make a habit of this in the future." The judge said admonishing him.

"My apologies your honor the traffic was horrible this morning." He
said.

"Ok Mr. Jones is here now where is Mr. Burlington's council?' The
judge asked.

"I will be representing myself your honor." Mr. Burlington said.

"Very well then but I want it made clear that I wont stand for any
nonsense in my courtroom. Let's go on the record." He said.

"I have here in front of me a petition for adoption that was filed
by Mr. Jones on behalf of Mr. and Mrs. Weaver. I also have here a motion
that was filed by Mr. Burlington contesting the adoption stating that he is
the last living blood relative of Mr. Lee here and should be granted
parental rights. I don't want this to take any longer than it has to.
Mr. Burlington why may I ask are you contesting this adoption?" He asked.

My Uncle stood looking at me briefly then looked at the judge. "If it
pleases the court, I have only the best intentions in adopting Michael and
raising him as if he was my own. My brother's unfortunate and sudden demise
left Michael as an orphan and I feel it is my responsibility as his uncle
to raise him and keep him in the family."

"Ok now Mr. Weaver if you would please state why you want to adopt
Michael. He is not related to you and from what I understand had never met
you until about four months ago when he came home with your son. I am
wondering what intentions you have." The judge said.

"Your honor my wife and I have been trying for several years since
Cody was born to have another child so he wouldn't have to grow up alone
and we have been unsuccessful. When Michael's father was killed in an
accident, he didn't have anywhere else to go. He came back to our house and
stayed there for the night. He was then placed in foster care for three
months the following day by social services. I am wondering why
Mr. Burlington has just now stepped forward to take custody of Michael.
Certainly he's had plenty of time to do so while Michael was in foster
care." Mr. Weaver started. "We have raised Cody in a loving and caring home
and if the court would allow us, we would like to bring Michael into our
family to continue doing the same thing."

The judge sat there and stroked his chin with his hand, "Michael
would you come up here and sit next to me please?"

I got up out of my chair and walked up to the bench and sat down in
the chair next to the judge looking up at him. He smiled which allowed me
to relax. "Michael I am sorry for everything that you have been through in
your life what with loosing your mother and then witnessing the accident
that killed your father. I want to ask you who would you want as your
parent or parents?"

I didn't have to think about that. "I have only met my Uncle
Burlington one time. The reason I haven't seen him more, is because he has
spent most of my lifetime in prison. I met Mr. and Mrs. Weaver about four
months ago and they have showed me nothing but love and care since that
time. They came to the group home and got me and took me home. I like Cody
a lot and I want to have him as a brother."

"Very well you may step down now Michael." The Judge said.

I walked back over to the table where Cody and Mr. and Mrs. Weaver
sat. "After having spoken to Michael I am ready to make my ruling."

Just then my uncle shot up. "Not so fast."

Judge Long banged his gavel so hard it made me jump.
"Mr. Burlington, I warned you about not putting up with any nonsense from
you. If you want to represent yourself then I expect you to conduct
yourself properly."

Uncle Paul was staring at the judge with his mouth hanging open. "I
apologize, Your Honor but I would like to ask him some questions?"

I started shaking then I felt Dad wrap his arm around me leaning
close. "Just relax son, Mr. Jones and the judge will look out for you."

Judge Long motioned me to come up. "It's alright Michael, come sit
in this chair inside that box."

My uncle was staring at me as I came through the gate in the rail
then sat down. I don't know why but he made me real uneasy. "Do you think
family should raise you?"

	"I, I guess so," I said softly.

My uncle smiled when I said that. "So then I'm better suited to
raise you."

Mr. Jones stood. "Is that a question or a statement Your Honor?"

Judge Long didn't seem happy. "Ask a proper question
Mr. Burlington."

My uncle started coming closer then stopped when I saw the judge
stare at him. "Michael, since I am family would I be better suited to raise
you than a total stranger?"

I shook my head. "You're the stranger."

"I'M YOUR UNCLE!" He started shouting then Mr. Jones stood up at
the same time Judge Long started banging his gavel.

"Order, Mr. Burlington you will lower your voice immediately. If I
have to warn you again about your conduct, I'll make my ruling without
hearing from you any further. Do I make myself clear?"

I could tell my uncle didn't like what the judge told him because
he went back to asking questions. "I'm your uncle, not a stranger so
wouldn't I be better suited to raising you?"

Again I shook my head. "You might be my uncle but the Weaver's are
more family to me than you are. I've seen you one time in my entire
life. Why were you in prison?"

"That's none of your business," he spat at me. "Now answer my
question."

I saw Mr. Jones smiling nodding his head. "Up until today, I
wouldn't have known you if I fell over you because of how long ago it was
when I last saw you. You never once saw me when I was in that group home
and now you say you're my uncle. I don't know if you could be best for me
or not."

I could tell he didn't like my answer but this time he didn't
shout. He turned around and sat back down. "That's all I have."

Mr. Jones stood. "Your Honor, if it pleases the court, I'd like to
examine Mr. Burlington."

I had just made it back through the rail when he got mad again.
"WHAT? I don't have to answer his questions."

Judge Long banged his gavel and then pointed it at him. "I'll give
you a choice sir, you can answer his questions or you'll answer mine. "

He started looking between the Judge and Mr. Jones then stomped
over to the chair I was sitting in. "Fine, I'll answer any questions you
have."

Mr. Jones walked up to him then rested his arm on the box.
"Mr. Burlington, why were you in prison?"

He shook his head. "I'm not answering that."

"If you want to be considered as a suitable parent for Michael,
you'd better. Remember sir, you're the convicted felon."

My uncle's face started turning red and I could see the veins
sticking out on the side of his neck. He started looking back and forth
then just sat there saying nothing. After waiting a few minutes Judge Long
banged his gavel. "Mr. Burlington, take your seat."

He stood up then glared at Mr. Jones. "Fine Judge, I'm the only
real family that kid has. I'm better than a bunch of strangers."

Mr. Jones stood in from of him. "We'll let the Judge decide that."

"I'm ready to rule now," Judge Long started. "It is unfortunate
when a child loses a parent. The loss and pain they carry can not be
understood by anyone but them. For a child to lose not one but two parents
is a tragedy. Mr. Burlington I have looked over your petition for custody
and nowhere in it do you have a home study or any form of documentation
that you can provide a stable home for Michael. Being a blood relative
doesn't mean that you have guaranteed custodial rights. I do not like
having to take a child from his blood family however there is no precedent
that has been set forth in this court by you that makes me feel that
Michael would be happy or safe in your home. You have also refused to
openly tell us why you spent time in prison so therefore it is the decision
of this court that Mr. Tom Weaver and Mrs. Elaine Weaver are the legal
adoptive parents of Michael Allen Lee and he will henceforth be known as
Michael Allen Weaver. I hope that you will have a happy life together. This
court is adjourned." He said as he banged his gavel.

I got up and hugged my new Mom and dad and Cody. I finally had a
family that loved and cared for me. I walked over to my Uncle and stuck my
hand out. He looked at me but turned and walked out of the courtroom. We
got outside and piled back into the Hummer then went to Denny's for some
lunch then went back home.

Once we got back home Cody and I quickly went upstairs and changed
into some more comfortable clothes. After we had changed clothes Cody went
downstairs. I heard him get his bike out of the garage and head off
somewhere. I decided to stay at the house and play on the computer. The
time ticked by and soon it was time for dinner and Cody hadn't returned
home yet. I went downstairs to see if Mom and Dad had heard anything and
they said that he hadn't called. At just that moment the phone rang and mom
went to answer it.

	"Hello Weaver residence." She said.

A voice came on. "Mrs. Weaver this is Officer Pendleton with the
Clark Country Sheriffs Department. I have some bad news for you ma'am."

"Oh my god what's happened to my little boy?" Mom said.

"Apparently he was with some friends and they were playing
together. Someone pulled up in from what the report that was taken from one
of the boys a red sports car and the man inside asked for Cody by name.
When Cody went over to the car the man grabbed him and took off." The
officer said.

"Well are you looking for him?" Mom asked

"Well we found him but he had a deep stab wound in his stomach and
was unconscious. He was still alive when we got to him but he is in
critical condition. He was transported to Legacy Salmon Creek Hospital
where he flat lined twice but they were able to bring him back." The
officer told her.

"OH MY GOD! MY POOR BABY," Mom screamed

She hung up on the officer turning to us. "Cody was kidnapped but
the police found him with a deep stab wounds and he has been transported to
Legacy Salmon Creek where he is listed in critical condition."

I was in shock. I couldn't believe how this wonderful day had
turned into such a tragic one. We ran out to the Hummer and Dad floored it
all the way to the hospital. We flew into the parking lot and jumped out of
the car and ran inside. Once inside Dad went to the front desk. "I need to
know what room my son is in. His name is Cody Weaver."

"Your son is in surgery right now. His doctor is Dr. Linton and he
is the head of the pediatric surgery team. Your son is in good hands." She
told him.

We headed up to the Pediatric unit where we sat in the waiting room
waiting for news on how Cody was doing. Time seemed to crawl by and I had
cried so much if fell asleep on Dad's lap. I woke up and had to use the
bathroom. I came back then sat on Dad's lap. A few minutes later, a man
walked in wearing scrubs and approached us. "Are you Mr. and Mrs. Weaver?"

"Yes we are and this is our other son Mike. I take it you are
Dr. Linton." My dad said.

"Yes I am. Cody is fine now. He was touch and go in surgery and he
lost a lot of blood. The stabbings caused a lot of damage to his stomach.
He was brought right into surgery and it was there we found 2 additional
stab wounds, both to his back hitting both of his kidneys. We have him on
dialysis but he will need to have a transplant before to long." The doctor
started telling us. "Have either of you been tested to see if you are a
match for Cody?'

"Yes sir we have. We were tested about two years ago just in case
we ever had to donate for someone as well as our son. We don't match Cody
since he has a rare blood type." Dad said.

"Dad may I be tested?" I asked him.

"Are you sure this is something that you want to do son?" he asked
me

I nodded my head yes and he looked at me and slowly began to nod
his head. Dr. Linton left for a minute and came back with some papers. "You
will need to sign these so that Mike here can be tested for compatibility
and if he is compatible you will also need to sign the consent form
allowing us to perform the transplant surgery."

I was taken by a nurse to a room and there they drew blood and took
it down to the lab. After my blood was drawn they also took a urine sample
which I had no clue what that was for and then I went back to where my
parents were at. They had finished filling out the paper work when
Dr. Linton came back in the room and looked at us and said "Cody is now in
recovery and you will be able to see him. We won't know if Mike is a match
probably until tomorrow. Just sit tight while I make sure that the ICU
Staff know you are here and will let you in."

The night dragged on and on while mom and dad went back and forth
between the waiting room and Cody's room in ICU. Since I was young I wasn't
allowed back there. A nurse got me a cot and I finally fell asleep. Dad
woke me up. "They have your test results back and are going to tell us what
they are in just a minute."

Dr. Linton came into the waiting room with a chart and a nurse
following right behind him. He looked at the three of us. "Mike's test
results are back in. I had them expedited because of the short time we
have. Mike is a perfect match for Cody. There shouldn't be any problems
with a transplant. Now Mike, before we go through with this you parents
will need to sign this form and I need you to sign it as well. There is
some risk of death involved in this and I want you to know that up front."

I nodded my head and looked at my parents and said "I am Cody's
brother and I would rather give him a part of myself than watch him suffer
the pain that he would go through if I don't do this."

Mom and Dad just nodded and signed the consent forms. I was
admitted and placed in a room of my own. The operation wouldn't take place
until the following day. I was nervous about what was going to happen but
my brother was the only person I had in my life that meant everything to me
other than my new parents. Later that afternoon, I got up out of the bed
and walked over to the ICU unit. I rang the buzzer and surprisingly they
let me in. The nurse at the desk looked at me and smiled. "Dr. Linton said
to let you see your brother because of what you are doing for him. He is in
the third room. I think what you are doing is very brave."

I walked into Cody's room and saw all of the tubes and wires he had
hooked up to him. He was awake but barely. I walked over to him and placed
my hand in his and squeezed. He squeezed my hand back and just looked at
me. I sat down in the chair that was next to the bed. He looked so weak and
small in that hospital bed. He looked over at me and saw the hospital
bracelet on my arm and looked back at me and managed to speak to me in a
soft voice. "Why are you wearing a bracelet like I am?"

I looked at him with love and tears in my eyes. "I can't sit here
and watch you go through any pain. You have to have a kidney transplant and
I am a match. I am giving you a part of me that you will have forever."

The tears started to fall down Cody's face when I told him this. He
squeezed my hand even harder than he had before as his body was racked with
tears. I could see he was getting upset and I just stroked his head and
kissed him on the forehead and left. Once I was back in my own room I lay
there and watched some TV. After dinner, I picked up one of the books that
mom had left there for me before they had gone to get something to eat. I
got half way through it and I was getting sleepy so I decided to turn in
for the night. I put the book next to my bed and got up and went and
brushed my teeth and used the bathroom and crawled back into bed and turned
the lights out and went to sleep.
