The Boy from the Boat- Part 2

Then next thing I knew the beautiful boy from the boat was tossing me a
rope so he could tie up his boat to my dock.

"Hey, my names Colten, what's yours?" asked this beautiful boy getting out
of his boat.

"Hey Colten, my names Joseph, but call me Joey" I said.

"Alright Joey, I was on my way back out, from taking my little brother
home. I thought I'd come over and say hi" Colten said as he pulled his boat
up to the dock.

I couldn't help but stare as he turned around and bent over to tighten his
boat up to the dock. Colten, man I love his name. As he bent over in those
white shorts, in the nice warm sun light I could see the outline of his
briefs. I was starting to get hard, and while he was still turned around I
quickly adjusted myself.

"There we go, nice and tight" Colten said giving me a wink. My mind started
to wonder why he just winked at me. Was he just being nice, or was he
hitting on me? I wanted it to be him hitting on me, but my mind started
racing. Saying to myself, no, he's just doing that to be nice. If you come
on to him for being nice to you he will reject you. He will never want to
see you again, and torment you for being gay.

Then his voice snapped me out of my mind racing, "Haven't I seen you around
school? Only at lunch time though" Colten said.

"I have second lunch break at school. I sure would remember seeing you
though" I said.

Holy shit, did I really just say that last part out loud. I hope he didn't
pay attention. That definitely sounded like I was hitting on him. Not that
I don't find him totally attractive, but I don't want to scare him away. We
just met and I don't even know if he is gay, and would at least like to be
his friend, but would love to be more than that. My mind kept racing, I
started to get worried.

Then his voice snapped me out of my thoughts again. "I have second lunch
too, and I'm usually the last person in the lunch room because I have
English before lunch, which is on the other side of the school" he said.

"I have P.E before lunch, so I tend to be starving so I run to the lunch
room" I said with a slight laugh.

We sat out on my dock and talked for a while, mainly about school, and what
classes we had. Turns out that Colten and I actually have the same classes,
but have them at different periods. Well at least we had lunch together,
and made plans to sit with each other the next time we were at lunch. I
continued to tell him that I'm still new to the area, and haven't really
made any new friends yet.

"Well now you've got one Joey, you and I can be friends" Colten said with a
friendly smile.

"That would be great Colten. I never was able to make new friends easily" I
replied with a smile.

We were sitting on the dock, and then I felt his leg touch mine. My mind
started thinking, more like over thinking. Was he giving me a sign? Or was
it just a simple leg touch that doesn't mean anything special. I was
worried that if I reacted the wrong way I would lose him as a friend, I
sure would like to get to know him more. I know I sure couldn't say
"Colten, I'm gay, and I find you attractive." That is definitely not a way
to start off a friendship, and the fact I am too scared to come out and say
that.

While my mind was over-thinking as it usually does, Colten chimed in "Hey
would you like a ride in my boat? I could show you around the canals"

"I would love a ride. I just have to leave a note for my parents" I said
with excitement.

I darted up the dock towards the house, as fast as I could. I was tearing
up the entire house trying to find a pen and paper. I looked everywhere,
and couldn't figure out how the hell there was no pen and paper in the
house. Then I realized my back pack was sitting right in front of me. I
quickly wrote a note for my parents in case they got home before I did,
then grabbed my flip flops and ran back down to the dock. I left my cell
phone at home. I didn't want to chance it falling into the water.

As I got back to the dock, slightly out of breath from all the running I
had been doing in the house. Colten asked "Are you ready?"

"Yup all set to go" I replied.

Colten and I got into his boat, and he leaned to the side and untied the
boat from the dock. I was so excited to go out in his boat, as I have only
been out in a boat once in my life. Growing up with both parents working
full time jobs, their time is consumed mostly by work, leaving no free time
to take me out on a boat, or do many family activities.

The boat's tiny motor started, and we were off. Colten took me to the end
of my canal, where he pointed out a small corner store around the corner of
the canal. But you have to dock your boat somewhere else and walk there.
He started telling me more about himself. He has been riding the canals
since he was five. His older brother Dakota was the one who taught him how
to navigate them. His parents don't mind that he goes out in the boat, as
long as he stays in the canals. Colten has been showing his little brother
Michael the canals, like his brother showed him. We only went up to the
next canal and when we got to the end of the canal he turned the boat
around. There was a nice blue two story house to the right of us, and there
was an older man at the dock waving at us.

Colten slowed the boat down, and waved back and said "Hey Mr. Kelly."

"Hey Colten, who is your friend?" asked Mr. Kelly.

"This is my friend Joey, we go to school together. I'm showing around the
canals" Colten said.

"Okay, you two be safe" Mr. Kelly said

"Who is Mr. Kelly?" I asked.

"He's a friend of my Mom's, he's a real nice guy" Colten said.

Colten looked at me and asked, "Would you like to drive on the way back to
your house?"

"I would love to, but I have never driven a boat before" I said with a look
of excitement on my face. Colten stood up, and said with a smile, "Don't
worry, I'll be here to help you." I stood up and Colten and I switched
places in the boat. I was now at the helm of the boat, which is one of few
nautical terms I know. He sat down on the bench closest to me, so he could
easily help me with anything I needed. I know driving a boat is not rocket
science or anything, but I have never done it before. I didn't want to
break anything on his boat. That sure wouldn't be a great start to a
friendship.

"Okay, put your hand around the throttle like this" he said taking my hand
and placing it around the throttle.

"Twist it to the left to go forward, and speed up. Twist it to the right to
slow down and to put it in reverse" he said with his hand still on mine,
helping me with the motion.

We continued on our way back home and we got to see a few fish jump out of
the water. Colten told me there were a few spots around here that he liked
to fish in. But would show me them later, when we could go fishing. It
sounded like fun. I have only been fishing a few times. Getting the chance
to fish with him made me excited, even if we didn't catch anything,
spending time with Colten made me happy.

As we got closer to my house we switched seats, so he could get up close
enough to the dock. I didn't want to run the chance of hurting his
boat. Once he pulled up the boat to my dock I hopped out, and grabbed the
rope from him. Colten killed the engine on the boat, and hopped out. He
showed me how to tie the boat up to the dock, with a tight enough knot so
it wouldn't come loose.

"Hey, you want to come inside, and hangout?" I asked with a hopeful tone.
"Yeah, I still have some time till I have to be home" Colten said. Colten
and I went to my room. We decided to play some video games on my Xbox. I
showed him all the games I had. As he looked through the game shelf next to
my TV, I couldn't help but look him over again, from the back of his head,
to his sexy bubble butt, all the way down to his cute feet. Once I got to
staring at his feet, he turned around and showed me the game he wanted to
play. We ended up playing Call of Duty, and we decided that every time one
person died we would switch turns.

I got the game from Colten, and told him to take the controller so he could
have first turn. I do have manners after all. I let my friend choose the
game, and have first turn. He plopped down on the bed towards the middle
and crisscrossed his legs. I walked over to where my Xbox was, next to my
32 inch TV on the stand. I opened the game, and put it in. As I turned
around, I saw Colten divert his eyes from me to the TV. I started thinking
to myself, was he just checking me out? I would be completely okay with
that, even encourage it. I just couldn't flirt with him. Damn, I just met
the boy, and don't know if he's even gay or not.

"Down in front" Colten said with a giggle.

"Oh, I'm sorry, I was reading the cover" I said.

Okay, so I lied, but I couldn't tell him I was thinking about him. I took a
seat on the bed next to him, and sat just like he did. After a while of
sitting like that, Colten said he was uncomfortable, and moved towards the
edge of the bed on his stomach. I couldn't help but stare, I mean the way
we were sitting his butt was right next to me.

"Your turn!" he said holding the controller with one hand, turning around
just enough to see me.

I snapped my gaze away from his butt as quickly as I could, and hoped that
he didn't catch me leering at it. I was worried that I was busted, trying
to think of some excuse if he called me out on it. I looked up and saw him
just holding the controller up in the air. I grabbed it from him, before
our character spawned into the game. I started playing, but couldn't
concentrate that well. I glanced over at Colten, and he had his butt
straight in the air, he was stretching. I ended up watching him stretch and
before I knew it, I got stabbed in the game. I quickly handed the
controller over to Colten, and adjusted myself. I was starting to get
hard. I noticed while he was playing he would fidget his butt around. I
started to think, was he doing this on purpose. Did he catch me leering at
his butt before? The possibilities ran through my head, I forced myself to
forget it. I was reading too much into little things that don't mean
anything. After playing awhile Colten had to head home. I walked him back
down to the docks, and helped him untie his boat.

"I had a great time hanging out with you today" I said with a big smile.

"I noticed, I had an awesome time hanging out with you too" Colten said
with a smile and gave me a wink.

He hopped into his boat and started the engine. Before he took off he said,
"I'll see you tomorrow at lunch", and waved goodbye to me.
