Subject: Tunnel 73

(Repeat from chapter 8) So here we are after many weeks of waiting I
finally was able to get through the story again. Obviously you are saying
huh? I have taken a lot of time the past few weeks and reread the entire
Tunnel story to refresh and update the story in my mind. Sorry I had to put
all of you off while I did this but I felt it was necessary to get this
done so I would lessen the chance of an error being made while I write. The
good news is that its done and the better news is as soon as possible there
will be an update of all the characters in a separate chapter. This time
you will get to know them a little more. Family information, birthdays,
height/weight and size will be included for all of you so you can lick your
lips a little more when you think about each boy. As a present for your
patients I have worked a little harder this time to get you two chapters. I
hope all of you that take the time to read up here enjoy the story and take
the time to point out what you like and dislike when you write to me. I
honestly do use your emails and make adjustments to the story off
them. Please forgive me if I do not reply immediately but I have each of
them saved in my 'IN' box and I do plan on getting to every person as time
goes on. So be prepared for a surprise e mail from me one day. I will
basically repeat this message on top of the other story too so I can be
sure everyone gets the message. Tunnel seems to be enjoyed and read by many
of you out there even if a lot don't write me for whatever reason. I do
understand fear, lack of time and other reasons that keep you reading and
not writing but believe me I do take your comments in and sometimes use
them to help the story along... especially the long detailed ones that a
few of you give me. They are awesome to read.  Thanks again and enjoy the
next two chapters there are a few twists coming and hints in there for all

Chapter 73.		Welcoming the New Neighbors.




The four boys gathered at the top of the basement steps.

"You guys ready? I sure hope this doesn't take all night but I don't want
them finding the porn or anything that could give them ideas about what is
in the tunnel."

"We know Tommy lets get this over with." Jon said.

Kyle opened the basement door and they started down the steps. Before long
they were in the tunnel and heading towards the house. They walked the
tunnel with some chatter but not much was said outside of a few questions
regarding how this stuff was going to be moved. After they worked their way
through the tunnel and maze of rooms the boys walked into the house and the
clock on the wall said 8:30. Tommy led them into the room and the three
boys watched him as he removed the false wall from the closet of the master
bedroom and then he backed off and let each of them take a look inside.

"Wow this is amazing." Jon said after he got a peak.

"Yeah I never would have guessed someone could do this." DJ added.

"Are you sure we can't just leave this stuff here bro? I mean they probably
wouldn't find it, its not like they are looking for it in the first place."

Kyle said that as he was backing out of the closet. He turned and looked at
Tommy, Jon and DJ and all three of them had looks on their faces like— I
can't believe you just said that.

"What?" he said aloud after looking at each of them.

"First off you ninny I want to look at this stuff back home, second if we
do leave it we will probably never get a chance to get back here after they
move in and get it out."

"Okay, okay I see your point."

"Good then lets get boxes and load them. There are a few dozen in the
storage room on the other side of the garage."

Each of them headed off and carried back three or four boxes and within an
hour Tommy handed all the tapes to each boy taking turns and they filled
the boxes. Ten boxes full of video tapes sat on the floor now each with
anywhere from twenty to thirty tapes.

"Okay that's part of the job, Tommy said now let's get these boxes into the
hall and up to storage so we don't have to worry about them anymore."

The next hour they lugged the boxes of tapes out into the private room and
then after they finished that Tommy went and took about two box fulls of
porn magazines and he carried one with DJ following him with the second
into the same room. They were done and it wasn't even 11pm. Tommy wiped the
sweat off his brow and looked at the other three.

"Now we can take our time and go through them at our leisure."

"Yeah and get off on whatever we find." Jon added.

All of them laughed at what he said.

"I think the house is empty of porn now, TJ said but I want those VCR's."


He went back into the room and unplugged two of the recorders and two VCR's
and handed them out to whoever would take them. After they were in storage
the boys discussed the future of the tapes for a bit at the kitchen table.

"Look they are probably going to be here sometime after 10am. I am not sure
when they will leave their motel but I am guessing that I will probably
spend a good deal of tomorrow with them when they arrive showing them
around and probably taking them for food since I think they are all coming
in an RV and will have no other vehicles when they arrive."

"That reminds me Tommy what are you going to do with the truck that's
attached to the back of your RV?"

"I haven't given it much thought DJ why?"

"I'd like to have it if you don't mind."

"No I really don't mind but you can't drive it now."

"Yeah I know it's not safe and I understand even before you say anything
that you want to be sure I am an okay driver before I do anything with it."

"Exactly DJ so even if you take it I would at least hope you wait until the
weather gets better before you practice."

"I will, I promise."

"Okay then the F-150 is yours."

He smiled.

"Thanks a lot Tommy."

"Your welcome."

"Ya know Tom there will be some good to come out of all this after I am
sure I can drive."

"What's that DJ?"

"When I go to Cameron's I can bring milk back now and you don't have to go
all the time and lug it back anymore."

"Good point... well taken. I suppose that you can run that errand for us
eventually."

"Sure can." He said with a smile.

Damn that boy was cute!!

"So now that we have that project done lets lock the door to the hallway
and as much as I hate to say it we can actually leave out the front door
this time."

"But what will the others say if we get caught TJ?"

"It doesn't matter Jon... all we have to tell them is we were up at the
other house getting it ready for our new neighbors tomorrow and that will
be the end of any questions."

"Oh yeah, good point." Jon said.

They laughed.

"Okay, I don't know about you three but I am whooped, hungry and thirsty so
why don't we head home."

"Good idea bro, I can use something to eat myself."

With that the four boys got up and headed out the front door for the first
time and then Tommy yelled out.

"Wait I didn't lock the door to the private room and so on..."

He ran back inside and they followed him into the garage and he turned out
the lights that were on in there and turned the knob lock and shut the
door. It was now secure and the only way to get in was once again through
the tunnel from Tommy's house or at the other end where they went that
first day they completely ran the tunnel out... but even they don't know
where the end comes out at this time. That is going to be interesting to
see when they finally get back to that. The snow didn't just stop them from
getting out and identifying the location of where the tunnel ended that
day, there was more to see that the storms low visibility hid and protected
them from seeing... for now...

"The only thing left now is to secure the other doors farther inside."

"Where TJ?" Jon asked.

"The door right after the sex room has an inside lock on it and a bolt. So
tomorrow at least one of us, probably me needs to head back over and lock
and bolt that door. This way even if they get through the garage door they
can't get into the private room and see the porn or sex room."

"Yeah good point I suppose no one would try that hard to follow it any
further without word getting back to you about it."

"I just hope you are right Kyle but I don't see any of them pushing that
far into that area. Most likely when they hit the first locked door that
will probably stop them there."

"Yeah TJ we hope otherwise there will probably be tons of explaining to
do."

"Maybe, but don't forget Jon that stuff isn't ours even if they find it all
we have to do is deny it and say we didn't even know the room was there."

"That's true but if one of them actually were able to work their way
through the tunnel back to our place they couldn't get in anyway right?"

"Well, I suppose I could put something heavy on the wooden door on the
floor of the basement DJ but I really don't think any of them have the
balls to walk that tunnel all the way back to our place. It would probably
scare them way too much if they even made it past the sex room."

"Yeah I guess you are right Tommy, that room is tough to get past." Jon
added.

"Come on lets get home." Tommy said.

Tommy was probably correct when he said `they' wouldn't have the balls to
walk the tunnel back to their house but... could someone else do it?

With that the boys all left the house again and now for the first time were
able to avoid the tunnel and walk down the hill to the house. As they
passed the greenhouse they noticed that Luke was out there and Kyle yelled
out to Tommy that he was going over to see him.

"Have fun bro, see you when you get back and try not to scare Luke when you
get there."

"Thanks TJ but we have it worked out that if I ever come over after dark he
will know I am there so I won't scare him."

With that Kyle took off jogging in the direction of the greenhouse lights.

"I wonder what that means." Jon said to TJ.

"Yeah me too, he makes it sound like he has gone over a few times already
but hey that's fine. Tommy thought fast and realized that he was close to
giving away the fact that Luke and Kyle were close. Besides... Tommy
added... Luke might be showing Kyle how to garden or something. Kyle is
into a lot of things."

He felt a little better now that he tried to clarify himself to protect his
brother some.

"Yeah TJ I am sure Kyle is into a lot of things and maybe one of them is
Luke?" Jon said.

Tommy turned and looked at Jon, he wasn't sure if he knew something or was
just teasing him. Tommy gave him this look like you gotta be kidding me and
Jon spoke again trying to back his words some.

"What I was saying was maybe you are right TJ. Kyle might just be into what
Luke is doing. I mean when he told me it was over I believed him so I doubt
he is with another boy already."

TJ breathed a small sigh of relief with those added words from Jon. DJ was
just taking all this in and didn't say anything while they talked. He had
his own idea's but DJ was still a somewhat private person and didn't speak
as openly as Jon and TJ did. Finally they were back at the house and the
front door was unlocked as the three of them walked in. It wasn't that cold
tonight so it wasn't a big deal they were out together.

"There you are TJ I have been looking for you for the past two hours, I
even called your cell and heard it ring upstairs. I was worried where were
you?"

"Calm down cutie, I went next door with Jon, DJ and Kyle we were getting
the new house ready for Bryan when he gets here tomorrow."

"Oh... but still you could have told me I was starting to really worry."

"Sorry Shawn," Tommy said.

He reached out and gave him a hug and Shawn took it.

"That's okay TJ I was just worried. Now that you are back I am happy."

DJ took off for the bathroom and was on his way back as Tommy and Shawn
entered the kitchen. Tommy grabbed the milk and chocolate syrup and started
to mix himself up a cold glass of chocolate milk. Of course he couldn't
have anything with others around. Shawn saw this as did DJ and suddenly he
was mixing two more glasses up for them. The three of them sat at the
kitchen counter on the tall chairs and started to enjoy the cold treat.

"So are you ready for our new neighbors tomorrow Shawn?"

"I guess DJ but its going to be a little weird now."

"What do you mean?"

"Before it was just us so any noises from outside were easy to know but now
with all of them moving in we really won't know who is out there anymore."

Both DJ and Tommy took note of what smart little Shawn was saying.

"That's a good point he is making Tommy."

"Yeah I didn't even think about it that way. At least I don't have to jump
at every sound from outside now like I have in the past. We have neighbors
or will have them and in a way that just makes the neighborhood a bit safer
too. I don't really have to protect as much now with more guns two doors
down from us."

"You guys are really going to have to keep the lines of communication open
somehow between houses with walkie talkies or something." DJ said.

"Yeah that might work TJ." Shawn added.

"That's true as long as they stay our friends and don't become future
enemies." I added.

DJ had a point, I wasn't totally worried about them being future trouble
but when they find out we are mostly gay here it could cause a
problem. Guess we will just have to take that one step at a time.

"You have a good point DJ but I am not going to even worry one bit about
something that might just be a thought and nothing more."

"Yeah I agree, guess I was just thinking out loud and this will work out
good for all of us." He added.

"It's been a really long day and this milk was good but I am beat. DJ would
you please make sure whoever is playing games that they turn off everything
before they go to bed. Even with Kyle and Luke out there I don't want to
turn off lights yet and maybe it's good that Luke has company at this hour
but I am going to bed."

"Sure Tommy I'll make sure its taken care of I'm not close to being tired
yet, I am gonna go in and watch whoever is there play for a bit."

"Thanks DJ, good night."

"Night Tommy, Shawn."

Shawn waved to him as he followed me upstairs.

"Am I sleeping with you tonight TJ?"

"Sure I suppose you can. I will let Jon know you will be with me."

"Thanks."

I stopped and knocked on Jon's bedroom door but apparently he was
downstairs in the game room so I sent Shawn into my bedroom and I
reluctantly headed back downstairs. When I got there he was actually
playing a game. It looked like he was winning. He was playing Jeremy in a
racing game when I walked in. He looked at me briefly and then went back to
the screen. I watched for a bit. Five minutes later the game ended and Jon
actually won. He got up and was all smiles as Jeremy shook his hand.

"I've had enough. He said as he came over to me. You need me?"

"Not really Jon I just wanted to tell you that Shawn asked about sleeping
with me tonight he said he wanted to give me a special birthday present so
I told him yes."

"Sure TJ its fine I am okay with all this stuff now and I know I will be
back in there if and when I ask so it's okay if he is with you tonight."

"Thanks love."

I leaned in and gave him a quick kiss on the lips and brushed my hand over
his crotch.

"Hey... he said jokingly don't start something we can't finish."

We both laughed and I messed his hair as I turned to go.

"See you in the morning. Stud!"

"Nite TJ love you and happy birthday again..."

"Love you too my stud man. Thanks."

I walked away and heard some snickering as a few of the others overheard
us. As I left the game room the front door opened and Luke and Kyle walked
in. They were holding hands but when they saw someone they quickly let
go. When they saw it was me they sorta sighed some relief.

"I didn't think anyone would be up or if they were they would be in the
game room. I just assumed it would be okay..." Kyle said.

"Well just remember if you assume..."

"Yeah I know you make an Ass out of U and Me...

"Yeah but not me you make the ass out of you and you!"

"Huh?" Kyle said back to me.

"Never mind... Ky."

I went over and gave him a good night hug.

"See you in the morning bro don't forget they should be here by 10am."

"Yeah right... I'll be up. Nite TJ."

"Nite bro."

"Yeah, night Tommy."

"Night Luke, have fun."

I smiled at him and he smiled back. Then I turned to go back upstairs as I
kicked a few balloons from the party earlier.

"Hey TJ?"

"Yeah KY?"

"Happy Birthday again. I hope you really had a good day I tried hard."

"You did awesome Kyle thanks very much for everything you did."

Again I turned and headed upstairs and as I climbed the steps I heard Kyle
lock the door and set the alarm. Then he flipped over the sign hanging on
the door knob. Since so many have gone through the door while it was
alarmed I made a big sign up that says `DOOR ALARMED DO NOT OPEN' and so
far no one has gone past the sign. I am waiting for that to happen again so
whoever does it gets the treat of Kyle coming out with his gun pointed in
their face. Usually they don't forget after that happens to them once but
we do have a few brain dead boys here. At the top of the steps I looked
back and watched Kyle walk into his room with Luke close by his side. I
smiled. At least he looks happy I thought to myself. I headed into my room
and shut the door. On my bed half naked was Shawn and he looked ready to

"You look like you are ready to give me something special now."

"Yup... I wanna give you your special gift TJ I have been waiting all day

He went farther down the hall and knocked on DJ's door.

"Come in."

Kyle opened the door and DJ was still dressed and doing something.

"We can use your help there is a strong smell of smoke outside again."

"Sure I am ready now."

He followed Kyle as they went downstairs.

"We are waiting for Jon and then we can go."

"Where's your brother?"

"Taking a shower he should be out soon."

"Oh, okay."


Back in the bathroom:

Tommy walked back in and rejoined Shawn.

"Who was that TJ?"

"Kyle he said he smells smoke outside again and its strong."

"So are you going to join him?"

"Yes as soon as I am done I am not gonna go out smelling like cum."

minutes he was out and drying off.

"Shawnee kid I want you to stay inside incase anyone comes down worried
while we are out there."

Tommy finished drying off and dressed quickly and was downstairs five
minutes later. Kyle, DJ and Jon were waiting for him down there. Billy and
Joey also joined them but that was only because they were thirsty and come
down for a drink. As the four of them headed out the door Shawn came
downstairs in sweats and a tee shirt.

"Well be back soon unless we find something cutie."

"Okay TJ I have Billy and Joey here I am sure they will keep me company."

I looked at them.

"Sure Tommy we will be right here waiting for you guys to get back."

"Thanks."

I shut the door and we headed out. The smell was very strong and we walked
down the driveway to the end. I looked up the hill and thought I saw
something.

"Lets go that way guys I think I see something."

Sure enough as soon as we climbed the little bend we saw the flames up
ahead. It looked like Roberts house was on fire again. Damn that Zack!  We
got a little closer and the four of us could easily see that it was his
house now.

"We better get the fire engine its burning pretty good." I said.

We turned and headed to the house and I got in and fired up the motor on
the engine and grinded it into gear.

"Sounds good Tommy." DJ said jokingly.

"Thanks as you can see I'm not that good at driving stick yet."

"Yeah see and hear it."

We all laughed a bit. Finally I got it going and pulled up the road towards
the house. As we approached something inside blew up and the flames got
worse. How long has this been going? Kyle locked the door and alarmed it a
while ago. I grabbed my phone.

"Hello Shawn, yeah do me a favor go upstairs and see if Zack is in his
room."

"Sure Tommy hold on. I'm climbing the steps now and walking up to his
door. I'm gonna be quiet now for a second then I will be back incase they
are asleep I don't want to wake them."

"Okay Shawn."

There was silence for a minute and I pulled the engine up in front of the
fire. I waved the others out to start setting up to fight the fire and I
waited for Shawn to come back.

"Okay Tommy I opened the door to their room as quietly as I could and
Jordan was asleep and it looked like Zack wasn't in bed. Where is he
Tommy?"

"I'll let you know when I know cutie but just watch the house for me until
I come back he might be outside."

"Okay TJ do you know what is burning yet?"

"Yes its Roberts house again."

"Ohhhhh, okay be careful TJ I don't want you getting hurt."

"We will be cutie thanks, bye."

"Bye TJ."

We hung up and I headed out of the fire engine and went over to Kyle.

"Kyle we have a serious problem, Zack isn't in his room and I have a hunch
he started this."

"How do you know that bro?"

"I don't want to get into it right now but I think while you were out with
Luke next door he snuck out. Come on we need to get these flames down
before it gets worse we can worry about Zack later."

Kyle hooked the line up to the hydrant like last time and I went over and
pushed the proper switch and the water started to flow. I ran over and
grabbed the hose with DJ and Kyle and pulled the lever back to let the
water flow. It came out fast and hard but so far it wasn't doing much. We
stood there for a bit spraying the house sweeping the hose back and forth
between each window that had flames coming out of it. The heat was intense
so we backed off. The house was burning more now then before and right now
we were just doing our best to keep the flames from spreading to the house
next to it. The house on the other side was far enough away so that right
now it wasn't in danger but the other side there was only about ten or so
feet and the flames weren't getting it but the extreme heat was. I sprayed
the house next to it and we could hear the sizzle from the cold water. At
least it wasn't freezing outside or I would probably just let it burn I am
not getting sick for anything and its so far up the block and on the other
side that it would have to be a real disaster before it would get to us
plus it would have to jump the street too. We were there for a good hour
now and other then controlling the flames on the one side the house was
pretty much burning out of control now. I have switched off with DJ and he
and Jon are fighting it now. Kyle and I are taking a break. I got closer
and checked the house next to the fire but the heat was so intense now that
all we could do was keep pointing the hose at that house and pray it would
be okay. My cell rang and I answered it.

"TJ its me, I wanted to check on you and let you know that about five
minutes ago Zack came in and he smelled like smoke, was he up by you?"

"Maybe Shawn I don't know we have been too busy spraying water on it so he
might have been here and didn't tell us. Don't worry about it for now and
don't ask him anything about it."

"Okay TJ I won't and I didn't say anything other then ask him where he was
and why he came in this late. He didn't answer me he just went straight
upstairs and into his room. He shut the door loud enough to wake Jordan for
sure. TJ its after 1am why would he be out so late and so loud when he
should know better."

"I don't know Shawn but are Joe and Billy still up?"

"Yes they were worried so they stayed up with me."

"Okay good can you get Billy for me?"

"Sure TJ hang on."

"Hey Tommy what can I do for you?"

"I don't want you to stay up all night but we are going to be here for a
bit longer this fire is pretty hot still, I would appreciate if you and
Joey could keep an eye on the house and Shawn for me."

"Sure Tommy but why, what's wrong?"

"I can't get into it without proof so I don't want to say but please just
do me this favor and keep alert for the next hour."

"Sure Tommy I can and will do that."

"Thanks, I am sure you know where we are right?"

"Yes Shawn told us you were up at Roberts fighting the fire, it's his house
burning right?"

"Yes. We sorta have it under control but it's hot. Its not spreading but
it's a lot of flames. I am sure by now Robert is fried in there."

"Gee thanks for sharing that fact Tommy now I won't sleep at all tonight."

"Sorry, I'm just a little tired I didn't mean to scare you."

"Its okay I understand and I have been there you know."

"Yes I will never forget. Sorry again Bill but I am gonna go now I just
wanted your help."

"No problem you got it."

"Okay, bye."

"Bye Tommy."

I took over for DJ and Jon as Kyle and I started hosing the fire
again. It's starting to die down a little but right now the only thing I
can think is its going to burn all night and I am not staying here for all
of it. We fought the fire for the next hour switching off so we wouldn't
tire totally out and by somewhere around 2am the flames were almost gone
but so was most of the house. I wish I knew how to work the cannon on top
of the fire engine that would have made it a lot easier to fight this with
a lot less effort but unfortunately I don't know that much. Another thirty
minutes and I put the hose down as almost all of the flames were gone
now. We watched for about ten minutes and then started to put things
away. Finally close to 3am we headed home and let it smolder for the rest
of the night. On the way home I looked out and noticed that the city was on
fire again too. Just what we fucking needed.  I am not even going to worry
about that. I parked the fire engine and noticed we need diesel in it
now. It's down to a quarter of a tank. So I guess I will get that done
tomorrow. We walked back to the house and Shawn had fallen asleep on the
couch and so did Billy and Joey in the game room. I sent Jon and DJ up to
shower and Kyle went into his room to do the same. Luke was asleep now but
who knows if he will wake when Kyle puts lights on. I went and woke Joey
and then Billy and they slowly got up and put their feet on the floor.

"Is everything okay now Tommy?" Joey asked.

"For now it is. Thanks for trying to stay up."

"We did our best but it got so late I couldn't hang in there anymore."

"No problem go to bed."

"Okay Tommy... nite."

"Good night guys."

They headed up to their room and I went and sat next to Shawn who was on
the couch.

"Hey sweetie come on lets go to bed."

I went up and checked the house while I waited to see if he was going to
make it on his own or not and then I headed back down and fixed the sign
for the warning and then scooped Shawn up and carried him up to my bed. I
went back down and put the lights out and then went to take another
shower. I was dead and by the time I got in bed it was 4am. I reset the
alarm for 9am. At least I hope I get five hours of sleep. Even though I
wanted to sleep Shawn was up at 8:30am and his shaking the bed woke me. I
was slowly coming out of my slumber as he looked at me.

"I'm glad you are okay TJ."

"I hear you cutie. That was a hot fire and I am glad we just about got it
out."

"Yeah me too. I guess Robert is gone now huh?"

"I would say so. There is no way he could be... well you know what I mean
Shawn."

"Yeah, you don't have to say it. You know TJ I can still smell the smoke on
you."

He said as he got close to me.

"Yeah I bet I got a lot of it blown on me. It's going to take a few days I
think but eventually it will be gone."

"Can we take another shower together now?"

"Yeah why not."

We headed into the bathroom and I took a leak. Shawn watched and I looked
at him and smiled as I went through my morning ritual. He followed me to
the bowl and I gave him a quick smack on the butt before I went to start
the water. I looked out the bathroom window towards the direction of
Roberts house and didn't see any smoke so I guess its now totally out. I'll
check it when I finish in here. We took a quick shower with little play
because I wanted to check the house out and Shawn understood. I got out of
the shower dried off and grabbed my cell. I wanted to see how close Bryan
was now so I called him. It was just after 9am now.

"Hi Bryan, how close are you now?"

"I just passed the cars you told me about."

"Great, you are close. I ran the plow up and down the road for you so the
RV should make it up without any problems just be careful the road is a bit
steep and there is a sharp turn too. We'll be waiting for you see ya soon."

"Okay thanks Tommy we should see you in a bit."

Shawn was watching me as I talked to Bryan. I hung up and looked at him.

"You didn't tell him about the fire TJ."

"I know I really don't want him knowing."

"Why not?"

"Because I don't want to scare them before they get here."

"Ohhh, I guess I can understand that. Who wants to be scared before they
even get here."

"Exactly cutie, exactly."

"So how far away are they?" he asked.

"About a half hour or more Shawn."

"Kewl, so soon we will have new neighbors."

"Yes and when they get here I want you to stay here until they get
settled."

"Awwww but I wanted to greet them."

"Later on you can come over but let them get their things together okay?"

"Yeah I guess its okay."

I leaned in and gave him a kiss.

"Thanks cutie I love you."

"Love you too TJ."

"Look, I'll be right back I am going to check the house real fast I want to
make sure its okay."

"Just be careful please!"

"I will Shawn I am not even going to get out of the truck."

"Oh, then that's fine."

"See you in a bit Shawnee kid."

He waved and I headed out. I walked straight down to the door and out of
the house without anyone saying a thing to me. I got in the truck and
headed straight up the hill to the house. When I got there it was still
smoldering but mostly it was nothing but frame and burnt wood now. The
house next to it was okay but had bubbled out siding. At least we saved
that. I looked for a few minutes and then turned the truck around and
headed back down to the house and parked. Kyle was at the door and greeted
me.

"How's it look?"

"Like a timber box. It's all but out but it's still smoldering some."

"Okay good. I looked out towards the city and it looks like the other fire
is out too."

"Yeah I looked out too before KY and just saw a little smoke. We might have
to do something about that yet."

"I sure hope not TJ that's one battle I am not really up for."

"Yeah but I don't want to see the entire city gone someday because this ass
hole gets off on burning buildings down one at a time."

"We can talk about that when or if it happens okay?"

"Sure KY. I am hungry lets go get something in the kitchen."

"Okay bro."

"So how did Luke sleep last night? I asked in a low tone.

"Pretty good. When I got back into bed he woke up and asked me if I was
okay but I sure reeked of smoke."

"Yeah I know I did too. I even took another shower this morning to try and
get rid of the stink."

Kyle laughed and we sat down together and had some cereal. Shawn joined us
and before we were done DJ and a few others were down too including Caleb.

"So you looking forward to seeing any of the old gang today Caleb?"

"Not really Tommy. I don't care if I see any of them again."

"You do know that they will probably come over to visit and play games."

"Yeah I do and I will deal with it when it happens. I don't hate all of
them I just don't need to see Bryan or Mike anytime soon."

"I understand what you mean Caleb. So if Ryan, Todd or any of the others
come over its okay?"

"Yeah I really do miss Jose some he was pretty neat to hang with so I guess
I wanna see him and maybe Austin too. He never gave me a problem."

I smiled at him as he sat to eat. He had cereal too. We had plenty of milk
left and probably won't need a trip to the farm for a few days although
Bryan might want some eggs or milk soon. I'll leave that up to him.

"Hey Tommy there is an RV coming up the hill I think they are here."

"Okay thanks Jeremy. Please all of you stay here for a little bit and let
them get settled in before you bother them. Give me at least a half hour."

Mostly all of them agreed, as I got up to leave Zack came into the
kitchen. I looked at him and he looked at me like he was trying to hide
something. I immediately got that vibe from him. I will take care of that
later but right now I want to meet our new neighbors. I headed out as a few
of the boys watched and walked down to the end of the driveway. They waved
to me through the front window of the RV and pulled up to the foot of my
driveway and opened the door.

"I see you made it, welcome to our neighborhood. Jeremy came running inside
and told me you were here."

"Thanks Tommy. Where should I park?"

"Drive past my RV and pull up in front of the next driveway. Your house is
the one after that or you can just drive up to it. Just two houses up the
road."

"I think we will just pull up to it. Hop on I'll take you up the road with
us."

I jumped on their RV and Bryan drove up the road a few hundred feet.

"That's the house right there Bryan." I pointed to it.

Everyone looked out the window and started commenting on how big and nice
it looked.

"Wow that's awesome!" Austin said.

"Yeah it's huge!" Jose added.

Bryan stopped the RV parking it in front of the driveway of their new
home. He looked at Kate she was all smiles.

"This place looks great!" Kate said looking at Bryan.

I got out and was quickly joined by the others and as fast as possible
every one of the boys was off the RV joining Bryan and Kate as they all
stood in the driveway looking at what they now had to live in.

"This place looks amazing." Kate said.

"Wait until you get inside." I said.

She looked at Bryan.

"Come on lets go I wanna see inside."

"Okay relax I am carrying the baby give me a second."

Finally they were ready to go. I lead the walk up the driveway with them
and stopped at the front door and looked at the group.

"You ready?" I asked.

"Yes... Kate replied I have been since we got here."

I reached out and opened the unlocked door. It creaked just a bit as it
opened wide and she entered.

"Wow this is amazing!" she said standing there looking at the marble floor
and high end finish inside.

The others followed her in and stood in the room looking around with her
and Bryan. Ryan, Todd, Mike, Austin, Matt, and Jose all stood there looking
with their mouths hanging wide open as they couldn't believe that their new
house looked this good.

"This is just amazing!" Matt said.

I just looked at them and started to laugh.

"Well go check it out guys. Standing here won't really tell you much. Then
I looked at Bryan. You might want to go with them so there aren't any
arguments over who gets what bedroom."

"Yeah, thanks Tommy good idea."

He followed the boys as they headed down the hallway and started looking
into each room. Kate went into the kitchen and checked out all her
appliances. I followed her in there.

"This place is amazing Tommy. Thank you so much for allowing us to join you
here."

She leaned in and gave me a kiss on the cheek. Then she went over and ran
her hand across the top of the marble island that separated the kitchen
from one side to the other. There were four chairs there to sit, two on
each side.

"This is what I always wanted and I guess now it's all ours. She looked at
me. You are sure the owner isn't coming back?" She smiled.

"I kinda doubt it. I think you are pretty good with calling this your own."

We walked out and back into the front room continuing to talk about the
house. Just then there was a knock on the open door and Kyle walked in with
Jon at his side. Kyle shut the door behind him. Well at least they waited
ten minutes.

"Hi Kate welcome to the neighborhood."

She walked over and gave him a kiss on the cheek and then did the same to
Jon.

"Thanks boys. This place is amazing so far."

"Yeah and you really haven't seen much of it yet. I said.

"I know but it is amazing!" she said happily.

"So I guess that means you want to stay a while?" Jon said jokingly.

"Yeah she said smiling at him. I sure do. This beats the mall and that
ratty mattress we had on the floor. I can't wait to take a real shower
tonight."

"As far as I can tell this place has three showers not that I counted." I
added.

"That sounds awesome Tommy." She said.

She hasn't stopped smiling yet. Bryan came back out after assigning the
boys a room.

"The boys are all set Kate the twins took the double bedded room and the
others each have one for their own and we have the big master bedroom at
the end of the hall. There is even one room left. Those rooms are freaking
huge too."

"That's great Bry," she said.

"Yeah and if one of our kids has his way he might be asking you for that
room sometime soon." I said.

"What is wrong with him that he doesn't want to stay by you Tommy? I
thought all the boys liked you."

"Without saying the wrong thing all I can tell you is he isn't getting
along with others in the house and he wants out. Even with his twin in the
room he is willing to leave him behind just to get out of the house. I told
him things won't be any easier here. The rest is up to you two if you allow
it at all."

"Well if he comes and asks we will discuss it but I am not making any
promises or do we want any more problems here then we brought with us."

"That's fine with me Kate the rest is up to you and Bryan if he comes and
asks."

I looked at Bryan.

"Bryan can I talk to you outside for a minute."

"Sure. He looked at Kate and smiled and then followed Tommy outside. What's
up that you want to talk in private?"

"I wanted to tell you that I was up most of the night with a few of the
guys fighting a house fire up the block. I didn't want to alarm anyone
including Kate so I asked you out here. No one got hurt and it's far enough
up the block that unless they go looking they won't find it."

"Wow, thanks. Any idea how it started?"

"Not yet but like I said I just wanted you to know."

"Okay Tom. Thanks I will keep it to myself for now just to keep the peace
here."

"Yeah that would probably be a good idea."

With that said we headed back inside and back to Kate. She didn't seem to
be too concerned about their private talk but either way it's up to Bryan
now how he wants to handle this. We talked a little more about the new
house and the boys started to come over to say hi to us.

"How ya doing Matt, welcome to our neighborhood."

"Thanks Tommy so far it's awesome and so is this house."

 Just then Ben opened the door and walked in.

"Okay if I come in?" he said.

Bryan immediately went over to him and they hugged.

"How's it going bro? Glad you are finally here safe."

"Thanks Benny."

They went off to a private part of the house and had a moment together.

"Well we are going to go if you need anything you know where we are so
enjoy yourself as you set things up and when you are settled let me know
and we can chat about the neighborhood and things."

"Thanks Tommy."

"By the way I know you don't have any vehicles you should get a four wheel
one as soon as possible because the snow gets bad up here and travel can
become tough overnight."

"I am sure as soon as we can we will each get one."

"Sounds good to me, there are plenty of them out there." I told her.

"How do you get around?" Kate asked.

"My truck and we have a plow next door. Ben has a vehicle too but even he
is working on getting a four wheel vehicle too. If the snow gets too deep I
plow the road down the hill and take it from there. We always seem to get
more snow up here just incase you didn't know."

"Well I know now thanks for filling me in Tommy we will be in touch later
or in the morning. I know I am beat and I am sure after they are set up the
boys will probably be hungry and want to eat something."

"Let me know we can go to a place tonight if you want and talk there too."

"That sounds great Tommy. I'll talk it over with Bryan after he is done
with Ben."

"Okay see you later."

I turned to go with Jon and Kyle. We headed towards the door and left. We
were walking down the driveway and at the bottom when I heard Bryan yell
out to us.  I turned and looked back.

"What's up Bry?"

"Are you in a hurry?"

"No not at all." I replied.

"Good come back then I have questions."

"Sure, be right there."

I looked at Jon and Kyle.

"You guys head back and I will join you when I am done here."

"Okay bro we'll see you back at the house in a bit."

They took off for home and I headed back up the driveway. I walked in and
Bryan shut the door behind me.

"What can I do for you?"

"I was just talking to my brother and he told me about the truck up at
Roberts. I was wondering if we could get that for me."

"I really doubt we can do anything anymore the keys were inside that
house."

"If you are interested in going in there be my guest but it's all burnt out
now. If you want to wait we can take a ride tomorrow and find both you and
Ben one and I think Kate said she wanted something to drive too if I
remember correctly."

He looked at her and she shook her head yes.

"Okay then I think tomorrow sounds a lot better. I am not one to disturb
the dead in their place of rest."

"I agree but someone already did... I am sure that his house fire wasn't an
accident."

"How do you know that Tommy?"

"Let's just say I have my ways and we can leave it at that."

"Okay whatever you say. I am not into butting into people's personal
business." Bryan said.

"Was there anything else you wanted Bryan?"

"The truck was important but if we want to go out later do you think we
might be able to get a ride from you for dinner or something until we can
get wheels tomorrow?"

"Sure I already told Kate to have you get with me later about that but
since you are here now it's not a problem. Let me know when you want to go
and we can do something for you or all the boys."

"Thanks Tom, I'll be in touch with you in a few hours after things settle
down."

"No problem. Talk to you later."

With that I headed out and Ben joined me after he waved goodbye to Kate and
his brother. We took off back home. Ben and I made small talk and I told
him about the fire and how bad it was last night since he apparently slept
through it.

"Wow you guys were there for hours do you have any ideas about how it
started?"

"Yes I do Ben but for now I am keeping them to myself. If I am right
everyone will know soon enough."

"Wow that sounds serious."

"It might be but like I said right now I just want to wait."

We walked back to the house and entered. Zack was still in the kitchen with
Jordy and a few others and it was time for the shit to hit the fan...so to
speak. It was just around noontime as I went over to them and asked them
both to go to their room. They headed upstairs and I looked at Kyle and
motioned for him to come to me.

"What's up bro?"

"Look I know you want in on this but I am not going to say anything to you
right now except follow me upstairs and keep your ear at the door after I
go in. I want you there but I don't want to distract Zack. Listen to us but
try to keep things quiet in the hall."

"Okay TJ I got ya."

I looked up and they were out of sight so I figured they were in their
room. I wasn't sure if Jordy knew anything but I would know soon. I headed
up to their room. Kyle followed at a safe distance. I knocked and entered
shutting the door behind me.

"So what's so important Tommy?" Zack said to me.

"How about the fire last night?" I snapped back at him.

He looked at me like I was a ghost for a second and then I guess a thought
came to him and he was ready to do battle.

"What fire?" he said smugly.

I looked at Jordy and so far he looked somewhat innocent.

"You mean when you came back in the house after 1am this morning that you
didn't know anything about the fire at Roberts?"

Now I looked at Jordy again and he had a real surprised look on his face. I
don't think he knows anything so far.

"Okay... so big mouth Shawn your snitcher told you I came in late. Is that
a big deal?"

"No only the fact that he told me you smelled like smoke is."

I think I got him. He looked quite pale again. He looked at Jordy and I
could tell Jordy didn't have a clue by his response. He was sitting there
now and I swear I could hear the wheels spinning in his head as he tried to
come up with something.

"SO?" I said loudly.

"So I guess I smelled of smoke and I might have been watching the fire."
His voice trailed off as he finished the sentence.

Again I looked at Jordy and he was clueless.

"So you were there watching us fight that fire for a while?"

"Yeah I was so what?"

"So how about you admit to me that you started it?"

"No way, you are fucking nuts if you think I did that or even if I did how
are you going to prove it?"

"I guess I really can't prove it but I know you did start it this time and
last time."

"I don't think so Thomas. I think you are just looking to get me in trouble
for some reason."

"Well I can't think of any reason for you to be out of the house after
midnight and I don't think the fire started itself so you are right I can't
prove it right now but I think I have enough evidence that it was you so
you are grounded! Three days to think about it in this room alone outside
of your brother you are to have no contact with anyone in this house."

"Screw you Tommy you can't do that to me."

"Not only can I, I just did now do you want to challenge me? I hardly think
you are strong enough to walk past me and out of this house right now!"

"No this isn't fucking fair! You can bite me you gay bastard if you think I
am going to stay locked in this room for even one hour!"

"Jordan would you please excuse us for a bit, I need to have a man to man
chat with your brother and I don't want to get any blood on you."

He looked at me, said nothing and got up and headed for the door.

"Jordy stay here I want a witness if he touches me. He can't prove I did a
thing and he is just looking to punish me!"

"I am leaving Zack! You are on your own!"

"Go fuck yourself Jordan! I hate you and you aren't my brother anymore!"

I looked at him as Jordy left.

"Now you aren't really that stupid are you?"

"What the fuck do you mean?"

"You just cut off any outside contact by cursing out your brother. I am
sure he doesn't want to sleep in here after you blew up at him like that."

"He'll be back in here or I will kick his fucking ass!"

Jordan was already out the door when Zack said that. He turned and came
back into the room and looked at his brother.

"If you don't shut the fuck up I am going to have a good talk with Tommy
when he leaves this room. Take your fucking punishment like a man you low
life brother and for once shut up and act like a man instead of the fucking
wimp you are!"

Zack didn't like a thing he said and he got up to go after Jordy. I grabbed
him as he tried to get by me and threw him back on the bed with ease.

"Thanks Jordy for speaking up when I am done beating his ass I will be out
to talk to you and I am sure you can back up what I know now."

Jordy looked at me and smiled then he turned and walked out as Zack started
screaming at him to stay. By now just about the entire house was at the
bottom of the steps or close enough to the room to hear most of what
happened after the screaming started with the door open. Jordan walked
downstairs and went into the game room and sat on the couch alone and
started to weep. Back in the room though...

"So mister tough boy you think you want to fess up now or should I go next
door to our new neighbors and tell them you started that fire and not to
let you live there because you are too dangerous to have around?"

"You wouldn't fucking dare!"

"Watch me!" I turned and headed for the door.

I opened it and DJ was standing outside now taking in all of this.

"Oh perfect...DJ if he steps one foot out of the door you have my
permission to beat his ass red."

DJ smiled at me and looked in at him. Zack immediately sat on his bed and
got quiet. I looked at him and then at DJ.

"DJ come back inside with me."

We both entered his room now and I sat back down on the desk chair and DJ
sat on the end of the bed and looked at Zack. Zack was afraid of DJ without
a doubt.

"So big mouth are you going to tell the truth now or should I have DJ strip
you naked and hold you while I spank your ass red?"

He was now quiet and red faced as he sat there. Then he turned white as a
ghost again as I said that to him. He didn't answer me.

"Okay DJ grab him and strip him naked when you are done we will take him
downstairs and I will spank his ass in front of the entire house and then
they can watch his little cock get hard from the punishment."


He looked at me and then DJ and then DJ got up. He immediately started to
cry...

"No Tommy please I will tell you anything just don't let him do what you
said... PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEE..."

He buried his head in between his arched legs and cried like a baby. I
signaled for DJ to go and he got up gave me the OK sign and walked out
shutting the door behind him.

"Now mister you have ten seconds to start talking to me or I let DJ come
back in and he can bring you downstairs totally naked and you know he is
more than strong enough to do it so TALK!!"

He picked his head up and looked at me. The tears were streaming down his
face now.

"Okay fine I was there I started the fire!"

"Both times?" I asked.

"Yes! He said through his tears. Both times!"

"WHY? Why the fuck would you put us in danger like that. I got up and stood
over him and screamed...WHY WOULD YOU RISK OUR LIVES?"

He didn't say a word he just started crying louder.

"You know Zack I can't stand little babies like you. Mister know it all
wise ass I feel like beating the shit out of you right now!"

I grabbed him by his shirt and yanked him up to me. He screamed out NO
PLEASE DON'T... I let him go and he fell back onto the bed.

"You don't get it do you... sure there was a good chance that fire wouldn't
have made it here but there was just as much of a chance that we could have
gotten seriously hurt, burned or worse by fighting for three fucking hours
last night to put it out! WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU?"

Outside in the hall Jon turned to Kyle...

"Damn I don't think I ever heard Tommy so mad."

"I know Jon... I almost want to go up there before he kills Zack."

"Now come on you know as well as I do that TJ would never go that far."

"Yeah I know but man he never screamed at anyone like this and I guess
after fighting that fire with him last night for almost three hours I can
understand it some."

"Yeah me too." Jon said back to Kyle.

"You know KY I was almost hoping he would bring Zack down naked and spank
him."

Kyle looked at Jon and giggled.

"Yeah me too."


Back in the bedroom:

"ARE YOU GOING TO TELL ME?" Tommy screamed at him.

"Yes just please stop screaming and I will tell you anything." Zack said as
he choked back more tears,

"Okay I will stop... now you start!!"

"Honestly Tommy the only reason I started the fire was because both of us
were afraid of Robert coming back here and killing us."

"But he is dead Zack. I know he died in front of me."

"But... but I didn't see that I only heard you say it. I'm sorry Tommy but
he tortured me and Jordan for weeks! He fucked my ass over and over and
told me my brother was dead. He told me how much he enjoyed fucking Jordan
and he went into detail about what he did. I can't even repeat what he said
he did to my brother."

He started crying again. After a minute he cleared his throat and started
to speak again. Before he could continue Jordan walked in. He to was crying
now as he came over and hugged me. I held him for a second and then he
broke from me and went over and sat with Zack. Then Zack looked at me and
continued...

Jeremy and DJ were out in the hall listening to all this and both had tears
in their eyes from Zack's story.

"All I can tell you Tommy is that we were both so afraid he would come here
one day and you wouldn't be here. I can't tell you how many nights I woke
up crying and Jordan had to hold me to calm me or even when Jordan woke up
crying and I had to do the same. Tears were now rolling down both boys
cheeks. I swore to Jordy that I would make sure he would never hurt us
again and that night after the worst dream of all I snuck out and walked up
to his house and went inside. As scared as I was that he might still get me
I started a fire in the kitchen and ran out not looking back or stopping
until I got back here. After that fire I felt better but then I found out
you put it out and the fear came right back again. I got one decent night
of sleep before I found out the house was still standing. I couldn't take
it again so last night I snuck out again and again I was scared shitless
when I got to the house but I went in and found another place to start the
fire. I thought he was going to get me then too. I thought about how ugly
his body might look... maybe it was burnt, maybe it was rotting but I
couldn't think of anything else to do but burn that fucking place down and
finally get all of this behind me. For me... for Jordy..."

He hugged Jordan tightly and both boys cried loudly. I did what I could to
fight back tears myself. Most of my anger was gone now but there still
needed to be closure to all this and part of it would be some kind of
punishment for making us risk our lives to put that fire out. I got up and
went out into the hall to give them a few minutes alone. When I shut their
door I turned and DJ was standing in front of me. He had tears running down
his face. Next to him was Jeremy and he had them too. Both boys came over
to me and hugged me tightly as I did my best to hold them.

Everyone else was downstairs watching and listening to everything Zack said
and I think there wasn't a dry eye in the house. Shawn was standing next to
Kyle crying too and Kyle was doing his best to hold it together for Shawn.
I looked down the hall and saw Jon and he was a blubbering mess too
thinking about his own rape I was sure. I didn't check everyone's face but
it was obvious that this was a very special moment and it caught every boy
off guard. I ran my arms over DJ and Jeremy's backs for a minute and then
both let go of me. I tried to smile and then I turned and went back inside
to the brothers and got a little surprise as both ran to me and hugged me
tightly.

"I'm sorry Tommy... Zack said as he buried his face into my chest. I didn't
mean to make you risk your life..."

He cried some more and I walked both boys back to the bed and sat them
down. I wiped my eyes and looked at them.

"Okay... I cleared my throat... okay now listen. I am sorry we had to go to
this length to get to the truth but Zack I need you to understand that you
still have to be punished for risking our lives when we fought that fire."

"Yes I understand Tommy. He said in a low very dejected voice. Whatever you
decide I will accept for my punishment."

He looked at Jordan and then back at me.

"Okay then your punishment is..." DJ walked in just as I was about to
speak...

"Tommy wait please don't... I think he has had plenty of punishment already
from Robert."

"DJ... I got up and walked over to the big boy... look I understand where
you are coming from but I have to do this. I don't like it at all but I
can't let anyone get away with risking my life, our lives. I am sorry DJ I
hope you understand."

 "I guess so." He said.

He turned and walked out leaving us alone. He shut the door to give us
privacy.

"But what about keys? Kate said. If there is a truck the key will probably

where the keys could be matched to a house?"

So with the afternoon quickly slipping away I began driving around town
looking for a truck that would do the job. About fifteen minutes into their
