Hi, I'm Corey Maupin and last week my little league baseball team won the
under 14 years Britten County Series.

The trouble with Edward's and Edwardsville Sports was that they were
located in Edwardsville, which is the largest regional shopping precinct,

is the principal town of Benjamin County.

`So what?' I hear you say!

Well let me tell you, being a boy and living in Britten County which

`Child Indecent Inexposure Laws' and I had this perpetual fear that some

Our sponsors Prescott Motors had also organized a mini bus to take the
whole team to Edwardsville to collect our donated prizes. Our coach Mr
Kevin Fraser was driving, he was the father of Ronnie Fraser who was on our
team. The other adults in attendance were our Manager, Mr Bob Davies the
father of Sean and two mums Mrs Mary Castigan mother of James and Mrs
Stacey Grant mother of Ellis and tagging along with her mum was Ellis' twin
sister Megan.

As Mr Fraser pulled the mini bus into the chosen parking lot in
Edwardsville, the moment of truth had arrived for some of my fellow 13 year

The second option allowed out of county parents and guardians to exempt
their sons. The sign depicted a bright pink cardboard tag with attached
neck string and an arrow pointing down to a container of blank forms. The
notice went on to state that the exemption tags could be used up to a
maximum of three days in any calendar month. If a blank form was taken then
a period of half hour was allowed to get them processed at the nearest
validation station. The notice then listed where the validation stations
were located. The list was quite comprehensive and included police
stations, courthouses and visitor centers plus various large shopping malls
and some schools and sporting facilities within the county.

My mum had a supply of the pink exemption cards at home and had filled one
out and signed it before she handed it to Mr Davies as we boarded the mini
bus. However six out the 10 guys from my team who were on the mini bus were
not so lucky!

Ryan Wilcox was the guy on the team that I had the least to do with. I
found him to be arrogant and opinionated. He was the tallest guy on our
