Part 3


"How are you today Mrs.Taylor?" I asked as I went into the kitchen and

old when you call me that!" Pat Taylor said as she gave me a hug. "I'm

I think the reason why Pat is still quite curt with me is because no one
will ever be good enough for her daughter, and I don't blame her for that. I
think most parents feel no one is ever good enough for their kids. Anne and
I have talked about this for hours because she knows that I sometimes feel I
am not good enough for her, but I'm getting better! Over the past few months
we have been getting on a lot better and I make an effort for call once a

"Here's your beer." Anne said quietly as she approached me. "Are you okay

As I was carrying the Toy Box to the front door I chuckled to myself because

be! When I had placed the bag and the Toy Box near the front door I went to

I was just about to load the car up when Anne came to meet me at the front
