that I needed them. And Billy Joe was a pistol from the start always

"It seems that I've had someone looking out for me all along. I was
wondering why they didn't get rid of me." Kellie Jo said.
"Well I helped a little but mostly they knew that all you were doing
was helping the patients and never yourself. It's kind of hard to fire a
Mother Teresa." He said smiling.
"I don't know about that, I just like to help when I can." Kellie Jo
said understating her abilities.
"But to get back to Alicia's question, like I said the house isn't
worth four thousand and he needs to bough around to that conclusion. It's
up to you to make him see the errors of his ways. I've got a key to the
house for you to go look at it then you can drop it back by. Go over it
carefully and find everything that needs to be repaired. Use that against
him. Then get the value of houses that are similar to that house so that
you got something to work at. You might even get a realtor or several
realtors to look it over just so you will have something on paper. See
where I'm going here?" He asked.
"Yea, I know what you're talking about." Kellie Jo said with a smile
and Alicia could see her mind was already at work on her new project.
"Well, good luck and let me know how it goes." He said as he got up
thus indicating the end of the meeting.
"Thank you for your help, we do appreciate it." Alicia told him as
she took the key.
"I haven't done anything yet, first you got to get the price down
and then we'll talk again." He told her.
"All the same, you gave us some hope that we didn't think we really
had any right to wish for." Kellie Jo told him, then he came over and gave
him a hug and she whispered something in his ear and Alicia saw him tear up
a little.
"What did you tell him?" Alicia asked after they got out of the
bank.
"I told him that his wife might have called him an old fart but she
loved that old fart to the end." Kellie Jo said.
"I always knew that inside that bitch of an exterior there was a
softie inside." Alicia said as she leaned over and gave her a kiss on the
cheek.
"I save all my bitchyness for you my dear." Kellie Jo said with a
smile.
"That figures..." Alicia said with a laugh. Then as they got into
the van she added, "Let Whisler's son have a little of it too, I do want
that house."
"I know you do but we're still a long way from getting it. He could
refuse to budge and we can't afford to pay what he is asking." Kellie Jo
cautioned her.
"I know but at least we still have a chance, that's more than either
of us thought we had." Alicia said.
"True," Kellie Jo said.
"So where to now?" Alicia asked.
"To the hardware store to get a couple of flashlights and then we
spend the weekend going over the house finding everything we can that is
wrong with the house. Do you know a handyman?" She asked.
"Yea and so do you, Silvia's son-in-law used to help build houses
before he had to get a job at the plant." Alicia told her.
"Oh yea, give her a call and see if he can stop by and help us. Tell
her that we will pay him for his time." Kellie Jo told her.
So they spend the weekend going over every inch of the house. Alicia
tore down the furnace finding everything that needed to be replaced. It
would be expensive but Alicia knew that she could find replacement parts
cheaper than what they would sell them retail. But she priced everything
retail to up the cost. Some of the things that they listed could be put off
for a while but that didn't matter. Once they had that done and Kellie Jo
lined up several realtors to look the house over the following week. And
Lee went through the house looking at the woodwork and the foundation
making sure there wasn't something there hidden that would make the house
to expensive to repair but he didn't find anything that couldn't be
repaired easily.
It was only after she had her ducks in a roll that she set to work
on the son. At first he wouldn't budge, but Kellie Jo was determined. She
had taken this on as a challenge and one she could take her time with. They
weren't in a hurry to buy the house and there wasn't anyone else trying to
buy the house out from under them. They were the only one offering
anything. At first she was offering two hundred grand and that scared
Alicia as she was afraid that he might take it and still they wouldn't get
the house but Kellie Jo told her that she was just getting started with the
man. The longer that it went, the less she offered. At the end of six
months she was down to seventy five grand, and he still had to pay the
insurance and taxes on it. When he finally began to go down, she eased her
offering up just a hair. After nine months, they settled on ninety five
thousand and Alicia rewarded Kellie Jo with a weekend in bed where Kellie
Jo had so many orgasms that she was begging to die.
On Monday, they went to the bank and Jacob was good on his word, he
loaned them the money at a rate that they could more than afford. With the
money that Kellie Jo had been saving for the past few years and the money
that she had saved from Alicia's paycheck, they had enough for a small down
payment. Kellie Jo made sure to keep some money back to use to work on the
house as they did have to do a lot of work to get it back into shape before
winter.
They cleaned the house all week, and then moved in on Saturday. Then
Alicia took over on the repairs. She went to work on the oil furnace first
as she put Kellie Jo to painting. Every evening and weekend went into that
house but it was a labor of love and it provided them with more reasons to
argue and give Kellie Jo more reasons to have a little spanking session
when Alicia got to ordering her around too much, which she did a lot as she
loved being put across Kellie Jo's lap.
When it was all done, they had a house that they could be proud
of. It was small enough for them to afford to heat and since Kellie Jo
handled all the money, Alicia couldn't go out and spend her money on things
that looked great in the house but served no other real purpose. Alicia had
learned her lesson and besides she liked that she never had to worry about
money again. She was perfectly happy to do her work and then come home to
Kellie Jo who would fuss at her for sometimes no reason at all. But Alicia
ate it up as she got to fuss back and she continued to have a reason to
call Kellie Jo a bitch.
And so their lives went on fussing and fighting and loving each
other to the end.
