The club was filled with various people, from couples in suits and nicely dressed to several singles in casual wear. Most were engaged in conversation or dancing on the dance floor. Over the speakers was pop music. A friendly gentleman with slight graying and a little stocky was behind the bar. The club wasn't overly packed, but a nice crowd. Donise lead Janet back to a table in the back of the club. Two couples were sitting there, one younger and the other older but very attractive. "Lana, Pav" Donise said as she greeted the older couple. "Donise darling" the Lana said as she embraced Donise "it is so good to see you". "Indeed" Pav chimed in "it has been too long since you graced us with your presence". "Well, it isn't everyday I have a reason to get out" Donise replied "Lana, Pav, I want you to meet the love of my life. Janet honey, these are my closest and dearest friends". "I hear congratulations are in order Janet" Lana said as she gave Janet a hug, "Donise bragged all about you when she called and told me of your plans". "Well, well, well" Pav said to Donise "it appears you have a very fine eye for women" while grinning ear to ear. Janet blushed at that and replied, "It is a pleasure to meet both of you." "Why don't you two join us?" Lana offered. "Are you sure we aren't imposing?" Janet asked, "It looks like you have company". "No, no" Pav responded, "This is Justin and Sally. As you know, my wife Lana performs wedding ceremonies. We were just going over the final plans for their wedding this weekend". "Actually Pav, Sally and I need to get going, so if you will excuse us. It was nice meeting you ladies and congratulations to you both." Justin said as the two got up and left. "I hope we didn't chase them off" Janet added. "Not at all. " Pav replied, "Now, you two sit down and tell us everything, and I mean e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g" as he smiled and winked at Donise. Once again, Janet blushed. "You will have to excuse Pav" Lana quickly replied "he has a good heart but thinks with his penis too often". "Guilty as charged my dear" Pav added and sat back beside his wife. "Well, what can I say," Donise replied "she swept me off my feet the second I saw her and knew I wanted to spend eternity with her.' "Ahhhh, new love." Pav smiled back "I remember when I first met Lana. I too fell deeply for her. And as you know, I was always proud of myself for not getting `caught' by any women, but I knew I had to give my heart to this lovely creature". He then took her hand in his and held it to his heart. "So tell me Janet, how do you feel about Donise?" "Well, as with Donise, I felt a special connection when I first met her, but it took me a little while to piece together and accept that I was deeply in love with her. I've never been with another woman before, so I guess I just dismissed it at first, but then I realized that she means everything to me. I too want to spend eternity with her" She replied. "Mmmm, soulmates, did you hear that Lana? These two have that special bond like us. I can see it in you now. Yes, you definitely will be together forever. Lana and I will be honored to host your ceremony right here. You said the date is two weeks from now?" "Yes" Donise replied "I hope that isn't too soon for you?" "Not at all" Lana chimed in "Honey, for you anything. Now we just need to get all the details worked out, but we can start that tomorrow. Today lets celebrate your union." At that Pav told Joe, the bartender, to bring them a bottle of their best champagne. Pav stood and declared "A toast to our dear friend Donise and her very lovely bride Janet. May you both share love and happiness together forever". "Here here" Lana added as they all clinked their glasses together. A few hours later Janet and Donise were heading back to the apartment to get ready for their celebration dinner at Sheli's. Janet was once again snuggled into Donise as she drove. "They are a very lovely couple," Janet observed. "Yes they are" Donise replied, "Lana is like a sister to me. Pav is a very sweet man, but can be a perv at times, but he means well. I love them both dearly." "I can see why" Janet said, "I can't wait till our wedding". "Me either Darlin" Donise agreed. At that she snuggled even deeper into Donise and closed her eyes. It was several hours later when they finally made it back home after Sheli's celebration dinner. She has been very generous with bottles of champagne and let the whole staff join in the celebration. After all, her sister was getting married to her soulmate and she was overfilled with joy. By the time the party had finished, neither Donise nor Janet were in shape to drive home, so Sheli got them a cab. The two kissed and held each other the entire ride home. When they finally got in the door, Janet leapt into Donise's arms while she carried her soon to be bride to the bedroom. As Donise laid Janet on the bed, Janet pulled her down on top of her. The two kissed deeply while hands flew caressing and undressing each other. Soon the two were naked and intertwined into each other.
