Subject: The Dream

  While sitting at my desk one day a window popped up with a "hi" in
it. Being the suspicious type, I clicked on the view profile option. To
my surprise was a beautiful blond woman. I replied with a "hi, how are
you?" This marked the beginning of many a long conversation...
  After several months of talking,  IM's and emails, she out of the
blue said she was coming to see me. My heart stopped and the
nervousness started to set in. Then my mind started with the
questions.Is she really coming? When is she coming? I was so excited I
could hardly sit still but I needed to reply...I said GREAT, when?
  She said how about the weekend before Valentine's Day. Perfect I
thought to myself, finally I get to meet this mysterious woman I had
been longing for, for months.
  The preparations were made and the day had arrived. I checked the
flight and it was to be on time. Not wanting to be caught in traffic I
headed for the airport with the nervous excitement of a child on
Christmas morning. Of course I had arrived early, her flight doesn't
arrive for 20 minutes. I wandered around the terminal wondering how she
would be dressed, never having met before, would I recognize her..
finally I decide I would sit at the end of the concourse, watching
intently. Then the announcement came, flight 1050 is arriving at gate
12a.my heart started pounding as I waited. A few moments later a crowd
of people appeared and my eyes scanned over them..then, there she was,
as beautiful as I expected, wearing a black skirt, black pumps and a
white blouse with just enough buttons undone to make any one want to
see more.
  I stood up wondering if she would recognize me and what her first
thought would be upon catching my eyes, now intently staring into
hers.. Then it happened, a bright smile crossed her face and she waved
as she walked thru the scanners.. I was mesmerized.I walked over to
greet her and take her bag..we said hi as our eyes never left each
others and to my disbelief she reached out, pinched the lapel of my
jacket and pulled me to her, placing her lips on mine gently and kissed
me.her lips were soft and tender and I knew it would be a moment I
would never forget.. I took her hand in mine as we walked through the
terminal, her hand was like it was part of mind and I kept thinking it
was a dream that I would awake from any minute.
  We made small talk about her trip as we headed to the baggage claim
area to retrieve her luggage. I couldn't keep my eyes off her, she was
so beautiful and I kept thinking to myself. I can't believe she is
here. The bags had not arrived yet so we sat down away from everyone,
looking in each others eyes and both talking at the same time, making
us laugh...her smile was radiant...she crossed her legs and I couldn't

conveyor started to move and bags started to appear from the flaps in
the wall. We rose and walked to the conveyor, I walked a step behind

staring at her.. The bags were swirling around as we approached, that's
mine she said, the black one with the blue tag. I grabbed it as it was
swirling by. We're off I said. Picking up her bag and grabbing her
carry-on we headed for the door. She slipped her hand under my arm and
my heart melted as the on lookers mouths dropped. "That's right boys,
she's mine, I thought" It was an extremely warm night with just a light
breeze and clear evening sky with stars blazing. We walked slowly to
the car, I threw the bags in the back and unlocked her door, opening it
and she slid inside..I was happy to have high seats as her skirt was
raised a tad when she entered showing off her beautiful legs. I got in,
looking over seeing her sitting there with her legs crossed still not
believing she was here. I thought "keep your eyes on the road". We
arrived at the parking teller and I was happy to see there was no line.
I paid the fee and we were off.  I turn onto the highway, reached in

that smile again.I smiled and said happy Valentines day.   She asked
how far it was to my house. I said it wasn't far, maybe 15 minutes. She

come" She sat back in her seat, took my hand from the wheel, pulling my

  I asked if she would like a glass of wine and she said it would be
wonderful. Pulling a bottle off the rack, the glasses from the cupboard
and cork screw from the drawer I started to unopen the bottle when I
