	Tala stood a moment taking in the sight of D.J. resting against the
door. D.j. had felt bold in the car and found the way that Tala was looking

understand what was going on in her head and Tala moved closer, slowly,

her Skype session. She continued their staring at her screen frozen, tears
running down her face and thinking she was such a hypocrite there was no
way she could have imagined how Tala had felt. Tala had not been able to
hear what was going on but she could kind of imagine by the gestures and
body language. She thought to herself "D.J must have just told them about
us. But why did she rush into telling them. She could have
waited". D. J. got up and turned around to find Tala and Maria looking at
her with concern. "Mom... Mom doesn't love me anymore?" It came out more of
a question than a statement.

She felt like a little kid crying and at the same time frustrated because
she was not doing what she intended, which was show Tala that everything
would be okay. Talas hugged D.j and try to soothe her understanding exactly
how it felt. "Your family, they seemed to be taking it well. That is good
too."  But the pain from a mother's rejection is strong and hard to
take. D.J said as she tried to regain control over her emotion "I ... I'm

down on the beds and Tala said "I like how you arranged the beds made the
room more spacey. And like you said, it may not seem that it's going to be

reacted that way but you know just let them have some time to digest and it
will be okay, you will see. Hey I'm going to leave you two alone, we catch
up tomorrow okay?" Dj nodded and Tala said" thank you, see you tomorrow.
Maria excited closing the door, and Tala said "Hey love, let's try this new
bed you rearranged for us. They lay in bed together and cuddled...
