Subject: Crazy For You 17-19

Well here it is the next part of the story.  I am so totally sorry that I
haven't posted on this story for awhile, but sadly I had writer's block and
was working on some other projects.  Also I've been at home and, I have
extremely poor Internet availability there.  Anyways hope this satisfies
you for a bit.  As always feel free to comment, complain, or email me for
no reason.

**Authors note: Piaget and Bandura are important contributors to the field
of Psychology.  Want to know what they did?  Look it up, I'm not a bloody
encyclopedia ; ) !

Chapter 17

	"Well," Lindsay drawled, "it looks like someone had a good evening.
Tell me all about it!"

	"Hun, don't you think you should wait until Sloane wants to talk
about it first?"  Eric sighed, as his brotherly instincts came into play
"Besides, I don't want to hear about her sexual exploits."

	"Fine then you go to my room and wait while Sloane and I have a
little girl talk." Lindsay said as she dragged the ecstatic brunette behind
her.

	"Oh my God Lindsay!" Sloane shrieked excitedly "Tonight was so
amazing!  Nic was so sweet and attentive and funny, and entertaining; I
mean there wasn't even one awkward moment between us.  It just felt so
right to be with her.  And can I just say that I am so glad you guys didn't
come back like an hour or so ago, cuz the makeout session you two just saw
was like hand holding in comparison."

	"Really?  Wow, so you two were really going at it huh?"

	"Oh man all I can say is that girl has some amazing hands, and
other umm talents.  Anyways, let me say that as of tonight I have a
girlfriend!"  Sloane announced while grinning happily.

	Upon hearing this, the tiny blonde launched herself into Sloane's
arms and hugged her tightly "I'm so happy for you two.  You girls are so
cute together!  We have to go celebrate sometime; oh I know maybe we'll do
something for your one-week anniversary!  Ahh this is soo great!  I have to
tell Eric, I know he'll be happy if she makes you happy.  Come on lets go!"

	The two girls were in Lindsay's room a few seconds later, and when
Eric heard about the new girlfriend the tall shaggy haired brunette smiled
and hugged and congratulated Sloane.  Eric then kidded, "You know who to
come to if she gives you any problems right...go to Linds cuz you know I'm
not about to hit a chick!  Man things were much more fun when I got to beat
up your ex-boyfriends, and now I have to go to my girlfriend to handle the
exes!  Ah well its cool I'm really happy for you."

	The three talked for a little more, but then called it a night as
it was getting quite late.  Sloane went to her room and sat up for a bit
longer, but she soon fell asleep with a smile on her face.

Chapter 18

	The next week the two girls were always seen together; there was
hardly a moment when Sloane and Nic were apart.  Of course they were
separated for their classes, but they always made time to see each other in
between them, and often had lunch together.  Also if one had to study the
two would go to the library and do their schoolwork.  And they were
constantly at one another's apartments, and often slept over, in fact they
had even left clothes at the other's place.

	The girls were so happy, and glad that all their friends were
supportive of the relationship, and even though they spent a lot of time by
themselves, they made it a point to hang out with their friends towards the
weekend.  Lindsay, Eric, Alexa, and Gen finally met at an impromptu get
together on Thursday night, when Lindsay organized a Must See TV party and
practically demanded the others come over, so she could meet them.

	The three couples had totally clicked with Alexa, Sloane, and
Lindsay bonding over their favorite show "Friends" and the other three
bonding over boredom, beer, and bitching over the whole NBC lineup.
Towards the end the twins and the minority boy had separated themselves
from their girls and were playing Euchre, Texas Hold 'Em and a variety of
other card games.  Finally after four pizzas and a case of beer the night
came to an end.

	"Well, that was like soo much fun guys!  We should do this every
Thursday!"  Lindsay said enthusiastically with Sloane and Alexa agreeing,
while the other three snickered drunkenly and mock agreed.

	"Hey!  You totally liked it, I mean look at you three, hanging out
like you've been best friends forever.  Getting drunk and playing cards
like the "boys"."  Sloane said defending Lindsay's idea.

	"Umm honey, we got drunk so we could tolerate all the horrible
shows, but that wasn't even enough so we had to distract ourselves by
playing cards." Nic tipsily exclaimed while Gen and Eric nodded.

	"Maybe instead of always watching those shows umm we could do
something else?"  Eric said, but promptly received a glare from the three
NBC addicts "Or not!"  He said meekly

	"Too bad if you three don't like it, we're gonna do it!  And if you
know what's good for you, you better come, or else you wont be coming at
all.  Got it?"  Eric and Gen gulped at the threat they received, from their
slightly miffed girls.

	However Nic just sneered and said "Man you guys are so whipped!"

	"Oh yeah?  Well you would be too if you got some, at least we are,
and I think we'd like to keep it that way, right Eric?" Gen said teasing
her sister.

	"Oh honey?" Sloane said in a saccharine sweet voice to her
girlfriend "If you don't agree to do this, I'll be ever so upset.  So upset
that I might not want to go to your farm next week."

	At that statement Nic looked panicked, and she finally caved, while
her friends laughed at her.

	"Well now that that's settled, we need to plan something for
tomorrow night, since it's your one week anniversary.  How about we do like
dinner and a movie or a club or something?" Alexa said, "Anywhere you two
want to go is fine by us."

	"Well not that we mind or anything, but maybe we could just do the
club thing, cuz I think Nic said we were going out to dinner tomorrow, and
she already made arrangements."  Sloane said apologetically.

	"Oh silly me, I totally forgot that firsts are usually more private
things.  But yeah the club thing sounds fun, but only if you girls want to.
I mean don't feel pressured to do this, besides we'll understand if you
want some alone time."  Alexa said perceptively with a little wink.  She
turned to Lindsay and Eric and added, "But regardless we should go out and
celebrate for them, so how bout we head out to dinner and a club and hang?"

	"Oh yeah most definitely, here's my cell number and I think you
have the house number so just call us."  Lindsay said and gave the brunette
her number.

	The gathering soon broke up with Alexa leading a stumbling Gen to
the car while Nic kissed her girlfriend goodnight then clumsily made her
way towards the car.  Sloane and Lindsay quickly cleaned up the little mess
that was left and went to sleep as well.

Chapter 19

	"So Sloane, we never did get a call from you two last night; what
did you girls end up doing after dinner?"  the nosy blonde inquired.

	"Well actually Nic was so sweet; she had a picnic dinner set up at
the lake!  It was so romantic."

	"Umm hello I need details, like from start to finish!"  Lindsay
demanded.

	"Okay, settle down blondie!  Hmm so you saw what Nic brought me
when she came to pick me up."  Sloane said smiling as she thought back to
the moment when her girlfriend had showed up at the door holding a single
beautiful red rose with a bear that Nic had made at Build-a-Bear.  The bear
was dressed kind of like a professor and had been named Piaget 'Hmm I
wonder if she's getting help from Lex and Gen naming these.'

	"Yeah it was cute, now stop telling me what I know and start
telling me something I don't know!"  The impatient blonde stated

	"Alright, umm did you know that Jupiter was named after the Roman
king of the gods, which is the equivalent of Zeus from Greek mythology, and
has a moon named Io, which is the name of one of Zeus' many conquests who
was turned into a cow to escape Hera's wrath?"

	"Oh my God, I think that's the dorkiest thing I've ever heard!
Like seriously you're like the dorkiest person ever because that sentence
just came out of your mouth!  But I didn't know that, nor did I ever want
to learn that useless piece of trivia!  Anywho, why don't you get back to
telling me all about your date?"

	Slone smirked slightly and said, "Oh I don't know if you want to
listen to this, after all I'm pretty dorky from what I hear so I'm sure my
date will be pretty boring to a cool person such as yourself."

	"Uggh you are soo impossible!  What do you want from me?  Blood?!
Geez I'm sorry now just tell me!"

	"Aww since you asked so nicely, and you looked so cute doing
it...Anyways so she took me to the lake and we were sitting under this
willow tree, and you know how they put up fairy lights in the trees, it was
just really nice.  So we had dinner and we were just sitting around and
talking.  So then the temperature dropped and I was getting chilly and Nic
being the sweetie that she is gave me her jacket to wear, but I didn't want
her to be cold too, so I just snuggled into her arms.  And that's basically
what we did the whole night."

	Lindsay just looked at her friend incredulously for a few seconds
then said archly "You expect me to believe that all you two did was
"snuggle" the whole night?  How blonde do you think I am?"

	"Hey believe what you want, but this girl doesn't kiss and tell!"
Sloane replied with a little smirk, thinking back to the hour they had
spent making out.

	"You are such a liar, hello like a week ago when you were all like
Nic is an amazing kisser, blah, blah, blah!"

	Sloane just gave her friend a look.  "Oh I get it Sloane, the
reason you're not telling is cuz you really, really like this girl, maybe
even love her, that is so cute!"

	"Geez don't make this a federal case here.  I think it's pretty
obvious that she's really important to me, but I'm not really prepared for
all this.  I don't even know what she sees in me, I mean she could have
anyone so why pick me?"

	"Sloane," Lindsay started "you're an amazing person; you're
beautiful, smart, funny, kind, caring, I mean what doesn't she see in you?
Besides its clear to anyone that she is so into you, and no one else."

	"Yeah I guess," Sloane weakly affirmed, "I guess I'm just tired or
something, I think I'm gonna take a nap."

	"Okay hun, you do that," Lindsay said as she looked at the
retreating form, of her best friend.  "Hey Sloane, did you eat anything
today?"

	Sloane turned around and responded "Uh no, I'm just not hungry
right now, maybe later?"

	"Hmm, yeah, later." The tiny blonde stated, staring at the brunette
with worry.  Sloane had a history of eating disorders, most likely stemming
from her days as a gymnast, in which her personal coach had crushed her
self esteem so much that Sloane had to be put in a hospital for a few
weeks.  She wasn't even supposed to know this, but one night she and Eric
had been talking and he had said that he was glad Sloane was living with
Lindsay, and the whole story had just come out. 'But, it's not like I see
her at all meals, so she could just feel sick today and not want anything
to eat right now, maybe I should call Nic and ask.  I'll wait to tell Eric,
after all it could be nothing, and I don't want him to worry
unnecessarily.'

	Lindsay strode over to the phone and quickly punched in the numbers
to Nic's cell.  A few rings later and a thick voiced Nic picked up "Hello?"

	"Hey Nic, its Lindsay, sorry to wake you, but ummm I was just
wondering something."

	"Uh hey Linds, it's okay, I guess I should get up anyways, we had
late night last night, so I was trying to catch up on some sleep.  So what
can I do for you?"

	"Well Sloane isn't feeling well, so I was wondering if it was maybe
something she ate?"  Lindsay half lied 'Well it's kinda true.' she thought.

	"What, is she sick?!" Nic asked concerned, sounding instantly
awake.

	"No, no, she's okay, just said she was tired, and she looked a
little pale, so I was just wondering; what'd she eat yesterday?"

	"Hmm just the same stuff I did, some salad with grilled chicken,
and bread, cheese, cheesecake, wine.  I think that's about it, but that's
weird if she's sick from that; if it was food poisoning I think I would be
sicker since I ate more than she did."

	"But she did eat, right?"

	"Yeah she did.  So is she okay, can I talk to her?

	"I think she's sleeping, but I can wake her if you want me to."

	"Nah that's okay, she must just be tired, we did stay up pretty
late.  I'll just call her later."

	"Okay, thanks Nic; later."  Lindsay hung up feeling relieved 'Well
at least she's eating, I guess she's just tired.'

	The next week Lindsay spent watching Sloane as close as possible,
which wasn't very closely since she was constantly out with Nic, and always
asked her about her day.  The answers she was given were somewhat vague,
but Lindsay didn't worry too much, because she also asked Nic what all they
did, and more importantly what they ate.  According to Nic the brunette was
doing well, and ate; but unknown to the two of them, although Sloane ate,
very little at that, she would always go to the bathroom soon after and
empty her stomach.  Nic didn't realize what was going on, since she had no
idea that Sloane had a problem, and Lindsay was never there to catch her.

	Sloane was beginning to look a little thin, and one day while
working out with Nic, Gen, and Alexa; Lexa commented on the fact by making
a little joke.

	"Hey Nic, how come your girlfriend is so thin?  Don't you feed her
when you go out?  Or have you been too busy eating all her food to notice?"

	"Hey I feed her, but unlike me she doesn't eat everything she sees.
But Sloane, she is right, you do look a little thin, are you still feeling
sick?  Maybe you should go to a doctor or something." Nic asked concerned.

	"Uh yeah, still a little sick, plus I'm kinda stressed you know
classes and all.  But umm I'm sure I'll be better in a few days."

	"Ok if you're sure about that, cuz I don't want to bring you home
and have our mom yell at me for not taking better care of my girlfriend."

	With that said the four girls continued with their workout and
chatted some more about the upcoming weekend.
