Joe got up the next morning and opened his pajamas
and saw the breasts continued to develop.
He muttered," At least I will have a nice figure."
He got dressed into the least revealing clothes he
could find.
Than he heard a knock on the door as he was
drinking his coffee.
He opened it and there was a smiling Beth.
She said," Are you ready for our big adventure in
Billings?"
Joe replied," No, but I have to do this."
She asked," Do you want to drive today?"
Joe said," Not now you go ahead and drive."
She asked," Have you thought of a name for
yourself?"
Joe said," I don't know how about Wendy?"
She laughed," Wendy Thomas that is a good
one I don't know if the real Wendy Thomas would be impressed."
As they got in the car Joe said," I have had a very
confusing event last night."
She said," What is that?"
He/she said," Right after you and Mike left I just
started crying."
Beth said," I can understand why. You are going
through changes that you don't understand. Also you have to face the fact
that you are turning into a woman. You are going to experience emotions
that you have never experienced."
Joe replied," I guess you are right and I am probably experiencing
changing hormones. "
She said," Yes and if you haven't cried sometime during what is
happening I would be surprised."
The new Joe replied," I guess you are right, with the changing
hormones I guess I should expect it. I guess the worst part is these boobs
are still growing what size bra should I get?"
She said," You worry too much, I will be there to help."
Joe sighed and said," I am just trying to plan but when your chest
refuse to quit growing how do you plan?"
She laughed and said," Now you see what us girls went through in
high school."
The new Joe replied," Yes, I don't know how you ladies were able to
go through with it."
Beth replied," How about we get you a training bra. You can get
one that adjusts and than when they are done developing you can get the
bras you are comfortable with."
Joe replied," Ok."
She said," Ahhhh I know this must be traumatic for you."
Joe replied," The worst part is I don't know how it happened
when I got up it felt like a bad hangover."
She said," That would be worst and I don't know how you are
able to handle this without going crazy."
Joe replied," That is easy when you don't have the luxuary."
She laughed," I guess that would make it easy."
They arrived to Billings and they went inside a store
called Wet Seal.
Beth said," My friend has come to visit and the airlines
lost her bags and she needs clothes desperately."
They spent quiet a bit of time picking out skirts slacks
and panty hoses panties bras shoes with heels of various heights.
When they got to the counter and Joe saw the final bill
he was taken aback. But then he reminded himself he is stocking up on
these clothes all at once.
Than they went to a beauty salon and she explained how
Joe's hair should be done.
The beautician had Joe in the chair for 1 1/2 hours as
she washed and dried and teased and trimmed his hair.
Than it was time to get his fingernails and toenails
done and polished.
After all of that they had a late lunch of salads and
soups.
Than it was time to go home and Joe was feeling like he
went through a very expensive marathon.
Joe said," I still feel like I am in some kind of weird
dream."
Beth replied," I think you will be feeling like that
for a while presuming you being a woman is permanent. I think over time it
will change."
Joe replied," You are right but it is one heck of an
adjustment. I was thinking I kind of like the name Janice."
Beth said," Janice Thomas you know that does have a
nice ring to it and an air of professionalism."
They rode the rest of the way making small talk until they arrived in
front of Joe's/Janice's house and Beth helped him/her with the bags.
Janice/Joe looked at the time and saw it was 10:00 and decided it
was time to go to bed. She dressed in the nightgown that she purchased and
went into the bathroom to brush her teeth.
She looked at herself in the mirror and said," Well if there is
one consolation you are a sexy lady."
She brushed her teeth and went into the bedroom and started to think.
If me being a woman is permanent than I am going to have to do something
about this house. This is not a woman's house this is a bachelor's man's
house. I am going to have to put some feminine touches in this house.
Janice started giggling at the thought that just less than 48 hours ago her
biggest problem was which woman was he going to bed now here was this
gorgeous blonde sleeping in his bed but only he is now a she. Joe/Janice
knew that this was going to be a huge adjustment and that he/she was going
to have to convince his/her boss that yes he/she was the Joe Thomas is now
Janice Thomas and that she is more than qualified as a financial analyst.
The boss wasn't chauvinist but he was used to Joe Thomas as the head
financial analyst. After pondering those possible problems she started to
slowly drift asleep.
