Subject: Bill and Ann Part 4

I am an older married man who has dated many cross dressers and transgender
women over the years. At first it was a kinky "walk and the wild side" but
over time I came to really have feelings for the person, and that became
more important than the intimacy we had. The movie "Soldier's Girl" was
very moving and helped me realize that I really wanted to LOVE a
transgender woman.

I have had several truly wonderful loving relationships, and have come to
believe that if I knew what I know now when I was young, I would have
married a transgender woman. This series is a fantasy in which I imagine
what that life might have been like. It is set in the late 1960's, when I
was a teen. –Bill (oral_guy_2000@yahoo.com)

Bill and Ann Part 4

It was Wednesday and Ann invited me over for dinner, and I was anxious to
see her again. She said that she was going to cook the dinner, and was
rather proud of her culinary skills. Helen had tried to teach Ann
everything she would need to know about being a woman.

Helen met me at the door and invited me in. She said that Ann was in the
kitchen, so I went there to greet her. Her hair up and she work a frilly
apron. I kissed her lips, each pausing to savor the moment, as Helen
watched.

Helen opened a bottle of red wine and poured glasses for each of us, and
said, "This is Lambrusco, one of the more drinkable red wines. Many reds
have too much tannin, but this one is nicely sweet. Let's go back to the
living room and not get in Ann's way here."

We sat down next to each other on the couch. Helen said, "You moved very
quickly – Ann is already kissing you like it's an everyday thing."

"I'm not rushing things – it just happened," I explained.

"Ann has never been with a boy before you – how long do you think her
virginity will last?" demanded Helen.

Surprised at her directness, I took a deep breath and replied, "That
depends entirely upon her – I will not do anything to make it happen
faster – I promise."

"Guys promise all kinds of things – do you mean to tell me that you
don't desire Ann?" she asked.

"Well yes, of course I desire her – any guy who said he didn't would lie
about other things as well!" I declared.

"I don't know if I will ever have the opportunity, but if I do, I want it
to be something done WITH her, and not TO her," I explained, "Unlike some
guys, I would never beg for it – I want to be invited."

"Well stated young man – I'm still trying to determine if you are
sincere or just really slick," she continued.

"I know I will have to earn your trust, and that will take time," I said,
"I want to thank you for all you have done for Ann – you have changed
her life and rescued her from a horrible existence."

"It was the right thing to do," Helen responded, "it's tragic what
blockheads her parents are."

"I want to help out going forward," I said, "We need to help Ann build a
solid future. I've been working out a plan, with Jim's help."

"What do you have in mind?" asked Helen.

"Ann needs a legal identity – she can do without it as a kid, but as she
matures she will need to have some of the right paperwork", I explained.
"First, we need to obtain her birth certificate. Jim knows people who will
make her a new birth certificate with her female name and gender
identification, along with the embossed state seal. Once we get that we
can apply for a Social Security number and Ann can open a bank account.
She should be saving some money for the future anyway. When she is
sixteen, we can get her a driver's license with the right name and gender.

She will be legally a woman with the necessary government supporting
records. Andrew will just be missing, and will never be found. Her past
stays in the past, and her future will blossom!" I continued.

"I think Ann is fortunate to have such a caring guy in her life," Helen
said, "How soon can we get started?"

"The first step will be to get notarized copies of Ann's birth
certificate," I said, "If you know the hospital where she was born, we can
go right there and pick them up. Then it's a matter of some money and
waiting awhile."

I know the hospital – it's in Indiana, just south of Indianapolis,"
Helen reported, "How much will this cost?"

"About $500," I said, as Helens eyes widened, "We need a good quality copy,
and it won't be coming from a government office."

"That's a great deal of money," Helen said, "isn't this illegal?"

"I'll pay for it," I said, "and yes, it is very illegal, but there are no
provisions for a legal gender change in this state. Maybe one day there
will be, but not now. It is what Jim did for Melissa so they could get
their marriage license.

"Bill, you are just a boy," Helen said, "You can't pay for something that
expensive!"

"I can, but it will take a while," I responded, "My paper route earns me
$75 a week – there is nothing more important in my life than Ann, so I'm
going to do it!"

We finished our wine and Helen took our glasses for a refill. After a time
I decided to look in on Ann, and overhead Helen saying, "You better hang
onto this guy – he's a keeper!"

I found that embarrassing and drew back before I was seen. I came into the
kitchen and asked Ann if she needed any help just as Helen entered the
living room. "It would be a big help if you set the plates and utensils
out on the table," she said, showing me where they were located.

I carried them to the table and set out the plates. When it came to
arranging the utensils, I had difficulty with the order. Helen saw my
difficulty and came to my aid, taking the utensils and arranging them more
properly than I had done, saying, "Just like a guy, trying to help when
they have no idea what they are doing," and she looked up with a smile.

Soon we were enjoying a delightful dinner of beef stroganoff. Ann really
impressed me with her cooking skills. Helen relayed what I had told her to
Ann, who was very eager to get things rolling. We agreed that we would all
drive to Indiana and get official copies of her birth certificate. Once I
saved enough money we could get the new ones made and proceed from there.

After dinner Helen went to her bedroom, leaving Ann and I together in the
living room.

"I am glad for all you are doing for me –it seems like a dream come
true!" she said.

"You have had a very difficult past," I said, "and I want your future to be
much better."

"But why should you do all this?" Ann asked.

With that I took Ann in my arms and pulled her close, saying, "Because I
care about you and want to share that future with you, you silly girl!"

"That is," I continued, "if you will let me."

Wrapping her arms around my neck, Ann pressed her lips to mine, saying, "I
don't know what I'm getting into with you, but I'm planning on being in
this with you for the long haul."

I smiled, liking the way our relationship was unfolding.
