  SUMMARY

Craig agrees to install a fan for his neighbor Cynthia.  Cynthia's 
daughter, Karen, comes home early and gives Craig a nice surprise.


  COMMENTARY

This is an arousing story, but it is a bit lacking.  There is a bit 
too much sex and too little character development, in the middle of 
the story, to suit my tastes.

I much preferred the first and last thirds of the story, in which 
there was a better mixture of plot, characterization, and sex.


  JUDGMENT

This is a very good story.
