Rogue Review No. 206 - October 1, 1998 Funeral Games by Nick M/F Length: 3,200 words Rating: Very Good NOTICE If you are easily offended or under the age of eighteen then please do not read what follows. SUMMARY At his father's funeral, Brian reflects on who his father was. COMMENTARY This story is different. There is some sex in it, but I did not find it arousing. I was too taken in by the somber mood. There is not much of a plot. The story reads more like an accounting of what happened on the day Brian's father was eulogized. Brian does go through a transformation. The ending is mysterious. I like the author's descriptions and the pace, but I am not sure what the author was trying to do with this story.
