  SUMMARY

Jack gets closer to Kelly and Becky, Karen gets sick, and Summer and 
Jack experience some ups and downs.


  COMMENTARY

I'm starting to run out of things to say.  The story progresses 
nicely, yada, yada, yada.

I am starting to think that stretching the story out over such a long
period of time was not such a good idea.  There is a lot that happens
in this novel, but at the same time the action is somewhat cyclical.  
Things are up for Jack, then they are down, then they are up again, 
etc.

This is a well written, enjoyable, occasionally arousing novel, it 
is just that I now remember why I usually stick to short stories.
