  SUMMARY

Told in the first person, a man recounts how he met a woman and some
of the experiences they shared while mountain climbing.

  COMMENTARY

This is a wonderfully composed story. There are two narratives that
run simultaneously. The author does a wonderful job of jumping back
and forth between the two.

I like the characters, they both seem real. The plot is simple, but
well constructed. It is the author's handling of it that really make
this a treat to read. The sex is very arousing without being
omnipresent.

I've never mountain climbed so I will not comment on the accuracy of
the mountain climbing details. There was not too much climbing
jargon in this story, but there was a climbing term here and there
that I was not familiar with.
