Title: Ashley's Story Chapter One Author: Jane Smith Keywords: Mf, MF, Rom, Preg Part: 1 Summary: Thirteen year old Ashley learns she is pregnant. The following is a work of fiction. Chapter One Wednesday, April 27, 2011 Thirteen year old Ashley Martin's fingers shook so hard that she dropped the object she held twice before tearing the wrapper open. Carefully she removed the long, slender white tube and placed its wrapper on the bathroom sink next to the instructions. It was time. She slid her jeans and panties down to her ankles and parted her slender pale thighs. Swallowing, she slipped the tube between her legs and relaxed her muscles so that warm urine flowed onto the end of the pregnancy test. Then she sat it on the sink and finished relieving herself. Soon her urine worked its way into the plastic window. It seemed to crawl painfully slowly along the material. Suddenly a pink line appeared. Her breath caught. The instructions said it would show up just to indicate the test was working. Micrometer by micrometer it moved up. Then a second line appeared. And Julie began to vomit. She was pregnant. Her life was over. Literally. Her mother would kill her. It was not figurative. What was she to do? The first thing was to conceal the evidence. Quickly she pulled her pants up and stuffed the pregnancy test, box, and papers down the front. No sooner had she finished did the bathroom door slammed against the wall. "What the Hell is going on in here?" Thirty-two year old Linda Martin was a big woman, almost filling the doorway. She had not always been so. In High School she had been a cheerleader and homecoming queen. Even after college she was stunning. After Julie's dad died, her mother had lost all her will to live. And she constantly blamed Julie. "I don't feel good." That was definitely true. Her mother surveyed the vomit and stepped back. "Shit! Clean this up! It stinks. And start dinner." Then she waddled back to the living room. Julie went to her room and quickly opened the side of the ancient desktop computer under her desk. It had been her dad's. The thing was massive. Popping the side off, she placed the pregnancy test and material into the bottom. On the inside panel was a plastic envelope that contained her most prized possessions - her diary, her parents' wedding photo, the last photo taken of them as a family while on vacation at Walt Disney World, and several letters her dad had written. But all Julie could think about at that moment was the baby growing inside her. And what was going to happen when her mom found out. She felt like vomiting again. It took no time to clean up the mess in the bathroom. Then she made dinner. Fortunately her mom was not picky; she was more concerned about cost. So Julie made "old reliable" - spaghetti. Dinner was eaten in the living room watching old reruns of the Andy Griffith show. Then she excused herself under the guise of needing to do homework. Julie was a straight A student. She knew it was her only way out and the key to a happy future. A future she was never going to see.
