Dreams
Somewhere between awake and asleep
Evil demons softly creep
Starry sky from down below
Through the minefield we must go
White bear dances secret places
Anguished looks upon their faces
Hideous pounding running far
Sacrifice in the jar
Living free and dying young
Far away places it is flung
Owls do cry from the door
Anger explodes upon the moor
Tattered and torn from the sin
Seeds of doubt do slide in
Softly, softly it does call
Stepping close prepare the fall
Sinking slowly to the ground
Watchful eyes look around
Terror, terror from below
Onto shadows it does flow
Slithering softly on the ground
Waiting patiently 'til it's found
Awakes abruptly from its hold
Sweating, shaking oh so cold
