Thirteen Days Chapter Four It was early morning the sun only just peeking over the water as Jason and I stood near a half oil drum on the sand. Pulling up the drive began unpacking bags as the girls helped, Jason and I unlocking the house and carrying bags in then I tipped the driver and thanked him before following Jason and the last bag into the house. We watched and took pictures as the girls rode the flying carpets and grandma stayed with them as we rode splash mountain later. We hit everything not worried about lines since we were returning tomorrow again, the girls browsed and shopped picking up this and that, things for the apartment and friends back home from the trip. Everything would be in the house when we returned, another perk for renting such high end accommodations. As promised Frank was waiting where he dropped us off and once loaded in we rode to the house and stumbled tired inside. She took a couple of shuddering breaths and through a cracking voice cried " There repossessing the farm, were loosing everything and I don't know what to do." I looked to Shelby and she nodded " Susan, calm down, we will work this out, how long do you have?" She sobbed for a moment " Ten days is all that's left, I thought I could fix it but I cant." I calmly told Susan " Aunt Susan, you need to pull it together, we will fix this one way or another but you are scaring the girls something horrible, you need to be their mom right now and take care of them, I promise you on everything in my life we will work this out, one way or another ok?" She whimpered softly " Ok Alex I trust you."
