As you reach cell block A you see Officer Hardboots inside one of the prisoner's cells screaming for him to get up. Each other cell has two prisoners out the front of them
When the prisoners catch sight of you, they start calling out, whistling and howling. One yells out "Hey, my conjugal is here early." The guards don't make any moves to calm them down. Officer Foley is there looking sheepishly at you.
