You enter the empty mess hall. On the far side of the room are serving stations where prisoners can get food added to their plate. It is very similar to your old high school cafeteria, accept that you can access only one side of the serving stations. As you look past the stations, you can see a kitchen with a middle aged Indian man and a young girl cooking in a kitchen. You knock on the perspex and get their attention. You young cook directs you to a door on the side of the room which buzzes open.
The young cook smiles at you and says "It is so good to see another girls face around here. I hope you don't mind if I work while we talk?"
The young cook introduces herself as April and the Indian cook as Mandeep. It isn't long before the prisoners start to line up for food. You decide to go into the mess area. As you watch April serve you notice that she looks your way quite a lot. Each time your eyes meet she blushes and focuses back on serving. While the inmates are eating you go over and talk to April again. Before you know it the Lunch service is finished.
